The apartment is ideal for a shared apartment, as the 3 rooms are completely independent of each other, with fully equipped household items, modern kitchen with cosy dining area, toilet, bathroom with bathtub and shower, storage room. Internet access: WLAN / WiFi.

The apartment is located 200m from the tram line and you are in about 15 minutes in the 1. District of Vienna. All shops, Doctors and restaurants are in very short walking distance - less than 3, max. 5 minutes; public swimming bath is in 10 min. walking.
All rooms are very quiet, also by open windows without any noise from traffic.
Very easy living with the roommates. Sometimes people cook and chat together. Sometimes someone retreats to his or her room to rest or study.
