Ich bin 32 Jahre alt und arbeite Vollzeit als Technischer Zeichner in einer Gebäudetechnik-Firma.
Bei schönem Wetter bin ich gerne draußen unterwegs und würde mich selbst als sportlich und gesellig beschreiben. Über gemeinsame Spieleabende oder Filmabende mit Freunden bzw. mit dir freue ich mich und suche dementsprechend keine Zweck-WG.
Die notwendige Privatsphäre schätze ich selbstverständlich sehr, wenn du Ruhe oder Zeit für dich brauchst.
Ein gesundes Maß an Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den Gemeinschaftsräumen setze ich voraus, damit wir uns beide zu Hause fühlen können.

I am 32y old and I am working as a technician.
If the weather is nice I love to be outside and would describe myself as a active and open-minded person. I would like to share my flat with someone that is not only searching for a flat but also likes to cook together, probably inviting friends for dinner or game nights and so on.
Of course privacy is obvious and everyone should get the private time he/she needs.
Nevertheless i also think its obvious that a normal level of being-organized and cleanliness is required to live in the same flat and feel well.
Für das Wohnzimmer ist noch eine 2te Couch geplant :)
Das Zimmer wäre (außer einer Matratze) schon komplett eingerichtet und bezugsfertig!
