Entweder ab 1. Juli oder ab 1. August suchen wir einE Mitbewohner_in. Wahlweise sind wir auch etwas flexibel. Wir sind zwei gechillte Studenten (WU und Lehramt - es ist nicht das wonach es aussieht, lol) und Lohnarbeiter im Prekariat im Sozialberreich und Bildungsbereich. Wir freuen uns auf deinen Anruf bzw. Nachricht!
Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, vollausgestattete Küche, Badewanne, Radlabstellplatz im Hof, im Zimmer ein Kasten, Schreibtisch.
Wir sind in der nähe vom Yppenplatz, nähe viel Grünraum im 1170 und direkt (1 Gehminute) an der 43er und somit in 15 min im ersten Bezirk und 10A Bus. Außerdem natürlich alle wichtigen Nahversorger, Supermärkte, Drogerie, Apotheke, Friseur...
Either from July 1st or August 1st we are looking for a new flatmate . We are two relaxed students (University of Economicy and Teaching - it's not what it seems like, lol) and workers in the social and education sector. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
There is a living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathtub, bicycle parking space in the courtyard, in the room a closet, desk.
We are near Yppenplatz(nice coffee places, open space and local market), near a lot of green space in the 17th district, from Vineyards to woods and directly (1 minute walk) to the tram number 43 and thus 15 minutes travel time to the first district and close to bus nr. 10A. In addition, of course, all important local suppliers: supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, hairdresser etc. are nearby.
