Hallo!
Da im Herbst aufgrund eines Auslandssemesters ein Zimmer in unserer WG frei wird, suchen wir jemand, der/die das freie Zimmer für diese Zeit übernimmt :)
Dein Zimmer hat 11m2 und ist vollmöbliert (Schreibtisch, Bett, Regal, Kleiderschrank etc - alles da).
Da die Wohnung im dritten Stock (mit Lift) liegt und das Haus vis-à-vis etwas niedriger ist, ist es in der Wohnung angenehm hell und man kann man am Nachmittag regelmäßig die Sonnenstrahlen im Zimmer genießen, was besonders im Winter ein Highlight ist. Die Fenster blicken auf die Straße, isolieren allerdings sehr gut und tagsüber ist ohnehin wenig Verkehr vor dem Haus.
Das “Herzstück” der WG ist der große Wohn- und Essbereich, wo wir viel Zeit gemeinsam verbringen und beispielsweise gemeinsam kochen oder ganz einfach so mal beisammensitzen und plaudern. Von dort aus gelangt man auch zu unserem geliebten Balkon wo man den Ausblick auf die Innengärten genießen kann. Ansonsten verfügt die Wohnung über ein vom WC getrenntes Bad, Abstellkammer sowie auch ein kleines Kellerabteil. Es gibt im Eingangsbereich außerdem einen Raum für Räder.

Hi! As there will be a available room because of my Erasmus exchange, we are looking for someone to take over the available room during this time from September to December :)
The room is 11m2 big and already fully furnished (Bed, Desk, Cupboard - everything there).
Since the apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and the house on the other side is smaller, the room is bright and you can enjoy direct sunlight, which is especially nice during the dark winter days. The windows of the room are on the side of the street, but since it is very well isolated and there is not a lot of traffic, it is relatively quiet.
The “heart” of our apartment is the big dining and living area, where we spend a lot of time together, cook together, or just have drinks in the evening. From there you can reach our beloved balcony, which has a view over the gardens. Apart from that, the apartment has a separate toilet and bathroom, a storage room and an extra storage in the cellar. There is also a room for bikes in the entrance area.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Schumanngasse und somit in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Straßenbahnlinie 42 und 9, allerdings ist auch die 43er Linie zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, somit gelangt man in ca. 15-20 Minuten ins Zentrum (Schottentor) bzw. zur Hauptuni. Zur BOKU gelangt man ebenso in ca. 20 Minuten, mit dem Rad ist es dementsprechend kürzer. Die U6 Station Michelbeuern/AKH liegt letztendlich etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

The apartment is located in Schumanngasse, close to the tram 42 and 9 and also not too far from tram 43, so the way to the center (Schottentor, University of Vienna) is only about 15-20 minutes. The BOKU is also pretty close (ca. 20 minutes), the U6 Station Michelbeuern/AKH is a 10 minute walk away.
Ich, Lukas (23), ziehe genauso wie Paul für mein Auslandssemester aus.
Somit wirst du mit Jacky (24) und Merle (21) zusammen wohnen. Jacky studiert seit Herbst 2020 Psychologie, ist immer für einen guten Plausch zu haben, kocht sehr gerne und ist wirklich (angenehm) ordentlich. Alles in allem also eine echt tolle Mitbewohnerin! ;D Merle studiert soziale Arbeit und kommt für ihr (Auslands)praktikum bis Februar nach Wien, sie wird also eines der freigewordenen Zimmer übernehmen.
Das Ziel ist sicherlich, dass die WG weiterhin keine reine Zweck-WG bleibt, sondern ihr dann auch immer wieder gemeinsam beisammensitzen, trinken, kochen oder sonst etwas unternehmen könnt wenn ihr wollt. Selbstverständlich soll jeder weiterhin seine Privatsphäre in der WG haben, was aber bisher super funktioniert hat :)

I, Lukas (23), am moving out for my semester abroad, as well as Paul.
So you will live together with Jacky (24) and Merle (21). Jacky has been studying psychology since fall 2020, is always up for a good chat, loves to cook and is really tidy. All in all, a really great roommate! ;D Merle is studying social work and will come to Vienna for an internship until February.
It would be desirable if the WG continues to be no pure purpose WG, but you can then also sit together, drink, cook or do something else if you want. Of course, everyone should continue to have his privacy in the WG, which has worked great so far :)
