ich kann dir ein Zimmer in meiner WG anbieten. Ein schönes möbliertes Zimmer mit einer tollen Wohnküche und einem modernen Bad. Zeitlich bin ich sehr flexibel, ab sofort oder erst über den Sommer. Ideal für eine Zwischenmiete oder bis zu einem Semester.
Die Küche ist gut bestückt, da ich selbst sehr gerne koche.
Im Sommer bleibt die Wohnung trotz Nachmittagssonne angenehm.
Das freie Zimmer hat 10 m², ist mit neuen Möbeln wie großes Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einer Kommode ausgestattet.

Ich mache gerne meinen Htl Schulabschluss, bin zwischendurch noch beim Lernen. In der WG wohne ich schon vier Jahre und ich würde mich auf eine neue Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin freuen.
Ich bin gerne sportlich unterwegs, koche gerne und plane im Sommer zu reisen.

I like to do my Htl school leaving certificate, I am still studying in between. I have been living in the shared flat for four years and would be happy to have a new flatmate.
I enjoy sports, cooking and plan to travel in the summer.
It is important to me that we get along well.

Miete: 350€
Nebenkosten: 165€
Die Kaution ist abhängig von der Dauer der Miete. Bei ein oder zwei Monate ist es weniger als bei einem halben Jahr.
Anbieten kann ich das Zimmer von Mitte Mai bis Ende September oder auch länger. Beim Start- und Enddatum bin ich flexibel.
Bevorzugt werden Nichtraucher und leider sind Haustiere nicht möglich.
