Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer 2er-WG für das Wintersemester 2022/23 (1. September 2022 - 31. Januar 2023, Mietdauer kann bei Bedarf abweichen), da ich in diesem Zeitraum ein Auslandssemester in Dänemark verbringe.
Die Wohnung hat auf 2 Stockwerken insgesamt 86 m^2. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich das große Wohn- und Esszimmer samt Küche, eine Toilette sowie eine Abstellkammer. Im ersten Stock sind die beiden Zimmer (je ca. 15 m^2) und das Bad samt Toilette. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über eine Terrasse und einen kleinen Garten (beides privat). Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon.

I am renting out my room in a 2-person shared flat for the winter semester 2022/23 (1 September 2022 - 31 January 2023, rental period may vary if necessary), as I am spending a semester abroad in Denmark during this period.
The flat has a total of 86 m^2 on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large living and dining room with kitchen, a toilet and a storage room. On the first floor are the two rooms (each approx. 15 m^2) and the bathroom including toilet. The flat also has a terrace and a small garden (both private). The flat is fully furnished.
