Im renting out my room in our shared apartment for 3 weeks. You'd stay with my lovely roommate Aliona and out cat eddy.
The aparment is completly furnsihed and you‘re free to use everything the aparment is equipped with.

The monthly rent is 580 euros, so for three weeks the room would be around 400.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Anbindung. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich die Tram, die einen innerhalb von 20min in den 1. Bezirk bringt, ansonsten is die U-Bahn Alser Straße nur 8 Gehminuten weit entfernt. Dort befinden sich auch city bikes, die man für einen geringen Betrag mieten kann. Parken kostet, in der Nähe befindet sich jedoch das Parkhaus P + R Ottakring, das täglich nur 3,60 Euro verlangt.
Die Umgebung bietet einiges an Supermärkten (Billa, Bipa, Dm, Spar, Lidl, Hofer, Biomarkt,...), sowie Bars, Cafés und was das Herz sonst noch begehrt. Um die Ecke befindet sich das Jörgerbad, der Türkenschanzpark ist in 30 Gehminuten zu erreichen und in den Wiener Wald kommt man mit ca. 6 Stationen in der Tram. Am Yppenplatz (10min zu Fuß) gibt es zu dem ein paar schöne Cafes und Restaurants, plus den riesigen Türkischen Markt, auf dem man super täglich frische Lebensmittel bekommt.
The apartment has excellent connection. Right outside the door you can jump into the tram taking you to the city centre within 20 minutes. The U6 Alser Straße can be reached within 8 minutes by foot. Parking a car comes with a daily fee but fortunately there is a carpark close by (Parkhaus P + R Ottakring - Wien APOCOA) that only charges 3,60€ per day.
In the surrounding area you have everything you need, organic food shops, supermarkets, cafes and bars. The Jörgerbad is 3mins by foot if you're looking to go for a little swim during the hot weather. The Türkenschanzpark can be reached within 30mins by foot and the Wiener Wald is only about 6 Train stations away. At the Yppenplatz (10 mins by foot) you'll find nice Cafes and Restaurants and the biggest Turkish market in town where you get fresh food daily.
Ich werde mit der Katze Eddy in einem der Zimmer bleiben. Ich bin 23 Jahre und vor ca. einem Jahr nach Wien gekommen zum Kunststudium. Ich habe davor in unterschiedlichen WGs gelebt, bin daher erfahren und genieße diese Art des Zusammenlebens sehr.
