The rent of 330€ is all inclusive (includes heating, water, wifi). The deposit is 900€, and there is a 150€ contract fee. The room is 11 square meters and has a fairly large, bright window. Kitchen includes a well-functioning dishwasher, which is nice. Laundry room is in the basement, although there is no dryer (must air-dry in room).
The room comes with all the furniture except the bed. The original bed was a small, single bed with a fairly thin mattress (photo at end). I bought myself a new double bed, which I would be willing to sell for 150€ (it is MUCH better than the crappy bed included). I also have a bunch of random household things that I would be willing to give away (bed sheets, pillows, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc)
43 tram - 2 minute (ride this 10 minutes to get to U6 Alser Straße station, or 15 minutes to get to city centre)

It is a 4-person shared flat in which I and 2 other girls currently live. Everything is allowed in our dormitory and accordingly also in our flat share, as long as no one complains. Everything is very free and everyone does what they feel like doing. The inner courtyard of the dormitory can be used freely, for example for barbecuing or hanging out. There is also a bicycle parking space.
Landlord is very responsive, friendly and easy to talk to. Rent is due between the 1st and ~5th of each month (Landlord is pretty flexible). Don't be an idiot and lose your key like I did because a replacement is like 45 euros!
Internet speed is great, but it randomly disconnects sometimes. It also is down between 4:40am - 5am every morning (which is annoying if you're a night owl like me).

I listed the move in date for Sept 6 since I have a flight in the evening, but I could also do move in date between Sept 18 - 21 if the 6th doesn't work. I will be paying the landlord rent for September, and whoever moves in will pay me rent based on the fraction of the month remaining on the move in date.
