Zimmer
Dein Zimmer ist 18m2. Das Zimmer ist auf die Ottakringer Straße gerichtet, sehr hell und mit Morgensonne. Die Gesamtmiete (inkl. Nebenkosten) beträgt 401€. (Schon mit den neuen gas/Strom Preisen also keine Überraschungen :) )Dein Zimmer ist voll mobiliert mit Schreibtisch, Bett, Sofa und Regale :)
Lage
Vor der Haustür befindet sich die Linie 44 und im Umkreis von ca. 5 Minuten sind die Linien U6 (Alser Straße) und Linie 43 (Palffygasse) erreichbar. Der wunderschöne Yppenplatz mit netten Cafés und Lokalen ist um die Ecke. Gleich nebenan ist ein Hofer und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar sind z.B. eine Apotheke, Bipa und Spar.
WG-Leben
Unsere liebe, internationale WG besteht aus Kiara (24), Anna (26), Lisa (29) und Adam (28). Ich (Lisa, 21) vermiete eben mein Zimmer unter :) Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene, humorvolle, künstlerische, ordentliche als auch verantwortungsbewusste WG. Wir verbringen gern gemeinsame WG-Abende zusammen, bei denen wir gemeinsam kochen, essen, plaudern oder gemeinsam einen Film anschauen – so wie es sich eben ergibt. :) Natürlich hat jeder von uns auch genug Zeit für sich selbst.
Wir leben alle vegetarisch oder vegan und würden uns freuen, wenn auch du Wert darauf legen würdest.
Hin und wieder gehen wir am Samstag gemeinsam zum Bauernmarkt am Yppenplatz einkaufen oder Frühstücken.

Room
Your room is 18m2. The room faces Ottakringer Straße, is very bright and has morning sun. The total rent (incl. utilities) is 401€. (Already with the new gas/electricity prices so no surprises :) ) Your room is fully furnished with desk, bed, sofa and shelves :)
Location
Line 44 is right outside the front door and the U6 (Alser Straße) and line 43 (Palffygasse) are within a 5-minute radius. The beautiful Yppenplatz with nice cafés and bars is around the corner. Right next door is a Hofer and within walking distance are, for example, a pharmacy, Bipa and Spar.
Shared flat life
Our lovely, international flat-sharing community consists of Kiara (24), Anna (26), Lisa (29) and Adam (28). I (Lisa, 21) subrent my room :) We are an open-minded, humorous, artistic, tidy and responsible flat-sharing group. We like to spend evenings together, cooking, eating, chatting or watching a film together - as it happens. :) Of course, each of us also has enough time for ourselves.
We all live vegetarian or vegan and would be happy if you would also attach importance to this.
Every now and then we go shopping or have breakfast together at the farmer's market on Yppenplatz on Saturday.
