Das Zimmer ist geräumig und angenehm. Die 2 Kästen die in den Fotos sichtbar sind, bieten viel Stauraum. Das Zimmer liegt auf der Westseite des Gebäudes und somit bekommt man Nachmittags genug Sonnenlicht ab. Zwischen den Zimmern gibt es zwar eine Tür, die ist aber verschlossen und von einem Kasten verdeckt.
Die Wohnung liegt 2 Minuten von der U6 (Alserstraße) und ebenfalls 2 Minuten von der 43er Bim, somit ist man schnell am Gürtel oder auch schnell im Zentrum der Stadt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr lebendig, aktiv und es wird auch ab und zu was zusammen unternommen. Die Mitbewohner sind sehr freundlich, offen und ordentlich.
Es wird oft zusammen geputzt, gechillt und gelegentlich auch zusammen gekocht. Man kann sich aber auch gern zurückziehen und seine Ruhe haben wenn man ungestört sein will, ohne dass es ein Problem ist.
