Ab September wird ein WG-Zimmer bei uns frei. Es ist recht groß und ruhig gelegen mit sehr schönem Blick auf den grünen Diepoldpark. Einige der Möbel können für 200€ übernommen werden.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine Wohnküche die vollständig ausgestattet ist (Kühl-, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine Induktionsherd mit Backrohr, Mikrowelle), wo man nach Lust und Laune kochen kann. Weitere Dinge wie Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Fahrräder können im Innenhof abgesperrt werden.
Your room is quite spacious, but also quiet with a beautiful view to the green Diepoldpark. You can have some ome of the furniture for 200€.
Also, there is a kitchen that is fully equipped, with a fridge, freezer, cooktop, oven, microwave and a dishwasher, etc. In the bathroom, there is also a washing machine. Besides, you can leave your bike in the inner courtyard.
Die Wohnung ist relativ zentral im 17. Bezirk Hernals gelegen. Die Straßenbahnlinie 43 und 9, sowie einige Supermärkte können innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Die Flat is located quite central in the 17. district. Within 5 minutes, the tramlines 43, 42 and 9 can be reached by foot. There are various supermarkets close to the flat. Forest and nature are also easy accessable within 20 Minutes walking. Also, there is a bigger park around the corner and a sport place.
Du lebst zusammen mit Sebastian (25) und Jo (28). Sebastian kommt aus Kärnten und schreibt an seiner Masterarbeit. Er macht nebenbei ein Praktikum, ist aber offen für die verschiedensten Unternehmungen. Jo kommt aus Hamburg und schreibt derzeit auch an seiner Masterarbeit. Er steckt viel Energie in sein Studium. In seiner Freizeit macht er sehr viel Sport, spielt gerne am Computer & geht oft segeln.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Es wird immer mal wieder etwas gemeinsam unternommen wie Kochen, Sport etc. Jeder hat so seinen eigenen Tagesrhythmus, der im Wesentlichen aufeinander abgestimmt ist. Gibt es ein Problem wird es angesprochen und schnellstmöglich gelöst. Via Absprache wird regelmäßig geputzt, so dass es für einen jeden passt. Zusammen genutzte Alltagsgegenstände können zusammen gekauft/geteilt werden, muss aber nicht.
You live with Jo (28) and Sebastian (25). Jo is from Hamburg, Germany and came to Vienna to study his Master in Anthropology. He puts a lot of energy in his studies and in his free time he likes to do all kinds of sport or go sailing at home. He is an easy-going and open minded person. Sebastian is from Kärnten and does an internship in Vienna, while writing his masterthesis. He loves spending his freetime cooking, hanging out or doing all kinds of trips.
Everyday-life here is very convenient as well as peace- and respectful. Free-time is spent together by doing activities like cooking, hiking, working out or going out, when time is available. If problems occur, we address and solve them together. Daily used items can be shared, and bought together, but it's not a must.
