Falls du eine weitere Person für das andere Zimmer hast, ist es egal wer den Hauptmietvertrag übernimmt- ist nicht zimmergebunden. Ich möchte ihn allerdings im Juni noch unterschrieben haben.
Einzug ist bei Bedarf schon ab der letzten Juni-Woche möglich - ohne zuzügliche Kosten.
