Das 19m2 Zimmer befindet sich im 2. Stock des Hauses. Es besticht durch eine gemütliche Atmosphäre mit schönem Holzboden, Balken an den Decken und einem Kamin, indem sich ein Ofen befindet, der bei Interesse auch genutzt werden kann (es gibt aber auch eine Gasheizung). Das Zimmer hat einen großen Einbauschrank, der einerseits für Kleidung genutzt werden kann, andererseits noch generellen Stauraum bietet. Integriert in den Einbaukasten ist ein Waschbecken, das dir den Gang zum Badezimmer ersparen kann und mit Schranktüren zu verschließen ist. Direkt an das Zimmer grenzt der Dachboden, der von allen genutzt wird um Sachen abzustellen, die selten bzw. nie gebraucht werden, also wird der Dachboden nur sehr unregelmäßig frequentiert und es würde immer mit dir besprochen werden, wenn jemand durch dein Zimmer muss.
Im 2. Stock sind außerdem eine Toilette und ein Bad (getrennt) und das Zimmer von unserem Mitbewohner Gulo. Der Blick aus deinem Fenster fällt auf unsere Terrasse, die Tankstelle über der wir wohnen und den freien Himmel.
The 19m2 room is located on the second floor of the house. It boasts a cozy atmosphere with beautiful wooden flooring, ceiling beams, and a fireplace with a stove that can be used if desired (there is also gas heating available). The room features a large built-in wardrobe that can be used for clothing storage as well as general storage space. Integrated into the built-in cabinet is a sink that can save you a trip to the bathroom and can be closed off with cabinet doors. Adjacent to the room is the attic, which is used by everyone to store rarely or never-used items. Therefore, the attic is only sporadically visited, and it would always be discussed with you if someone needs to pass through your room.
On the second floor, there is also a separate toilet and bathroom, and the room of our roommate, Gulo. The view from your window overlooks our terrace, the gas station above which we live, and the open sky.
Die WG ist jeweils 5 Minuten von den U-Bahnstationen Nußdorferstraße und Währinger Straße Volskoper an der U6 entfernt, die Bushaltestelle für die Linen 37A und 40A ist eine Gehminute entfernt. Es gibt einen Spar zwei Gehminuten entfernt und sonst muss man fünf Minuten gehen um in die Währinger Straße zu gelangen, wo es sowohl den Kutschkermarkt gibt, als auch verschiedenste Geschäfte und Lokale. Der Währinger Park liegt direkt ums Eck von unserem Haus und der Türkenschanzpark ist auch nicht weit.
The shared apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes away from the Nußdorferstraße and Währinger Straße Volskoper U-Bahn (subway) stations on the U6 line. The bus stop for the 37A and 40A lines is just a minute's walk away. There is a Spar supermarket within a two-minute walk, and if you walk for five minutes, you'll reach Währinger Straße, where you'll find the Kutschkermarkt as well as various shops and restaurants. The Währinger Park is just around the corner from our house, and the Türkenschanzpark is also nearby.
Wir sind Antonina (31), Gulo (31), Jascha (26) und die zwei Kater Gorki und Alfi (4).
Wir leben hier gemeinsam in einem zweistöckigen Haus über einer Tankstelle, wobei sich im 2. Stock zwei Zimmer, eine Toilette und ein Badezimmer mit Sauna befinden. Im 1. Stock zwei Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad, eine Toilette und unser großes Wohnzimmer (mit kleinem extra Raum der gerade zur Werkstatt umfunktioniert wird). Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen kleinen Eingangsbereich in dem Fahrräder abgestellt werden, die Garderobe erstreckt sich über die Stiegen vom Erdgeschoß bis in den 1. Stock.
Wir pflegen einen sehr familiären Umgang miteinander. Wir sind keine Zweck- WG, jedoch sind wir der Meinung, dass es allen freisteht sich so (weit) zu integrieren, wie es sich persönlich gut und richtig anfühlt. Wir halten keine planmäßigen Plena ab und haben auch keinen Putzplan, aber wir besprechen es bevor wir Sachen ändern und sind im Gespräch miteinander :-)
We are Antonina (31), Gulo (31), Jascha (26), and our two cats, Gorki and Alfi (4). We live together in a two-story house above a gas station. The second floor consists of two rooms, a toilet, and a bathroom with a sauna. On the first floor, there are two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, and our large living room (with a small additional room currently being converted into a workshop). The ground floor has a small entrance area where bicycles are stored, and the coat rack extends from the ground floor to the first floor.
We have a very close-knit and familial relationship with each other. We are not a purpose-built flatshare, but we believe that everyone is free to integrate themselves to the extent that feels personally comfortable and right. We don't have scheduled meetings (plena) or a cleaning schedule, but we discuss and communicate before making any changes and are in ongoing conversation with each other. :-)
