*FLINTA only* Sonniges WG-Zimmer mit Vogelgezwitscher :-)

Die Wohnung liegt zwei Gehminuten von der Station Gersthof (S45 und Straßenbahnen 40, 41, 9). Somit kommt man in 20 Min zur Hauptuni oder zur Boku. Sie bringen dich auch schnell raus ins Grüne oder in die Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad geht alles ein bisschen schneller, da ist man in 10 Minuten an den Unis!
In Fußnähe liegt der Sternwartepark, in dem man mit etwas Glück einen Dachs und einen Fuchs sehen kann, und der Türkenschanzpark, in dem es sich super laufen gehen oder entspannen lässt.

Billa, Spar Gourmet, Hofer und eine Tankstelle mit Billa unterwegs (24/7 geöffnet) sind innerhalb 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Zum Café Stadtbahn und Café Mocca musst du nur einmal umfallen.

The flat is a two-minute walk from Gersthof station (S45 and trams 40, 41, 9). This means you can get to the main university or the Boku in 20 minutes. They also take you quickly out into the nature or into the city centre. By bike everything is a bit faster, you can get to the universities in 10 minutes!
Nearby is the Sternwartepark, where you can see a badger and a fox if you're lucky, and the Türkenschanzpark, where it's great to go running or relax.

Billa, Spar Gourmet, Hofer and a petrol station with Billa on the road (open 24/7) are within a 5-minute walk. You only have to drop once to Café Stadtbahn and Café Mocca.

Mit dir zusammen wären wir eine Zweier-WG. Idealerweise hast du schon in WGs gelebt und hast Lust auf gemeinsames Wohnen. Eine FLINTA-WG fände ich ziemlich schön, und auch, wenn der Kühlschrankinhalt vegetarisch bleibt. Großes Plus, wenn du einen Hund oder ein anderes Haustier (außer Katzen, leider!) mitbringst.
Ein paar Infos zu mir: Ich heiße Aurelia, bin 27, und gehe in meiner Freizeit gerne ins Theater und ins Museum, organisiere ein Kunstfestival mit, lese, schaue Trash-TV, treffe meine Freund*innen, gehe ins Fitti, koche, und lache viel. Ich bin sehr gerne unterwegs aber genauso gern zu Hause. Momentan studiere ich Psychologie und Kunstgeschichte an der Hauptuni, arbeite daneben in einem netten Café im 7. und betreue manchmal ein paar süße Kids.
Wenn du einen ruhigen, gemütlichen Rückzugsort (perspektivisch mit Ofen im Wohnzimmer, der ist schon drin, es muss nur noch mal die Rauchfangkehrerin drüberschauen) suchst, dann könnte das deine perfekte Wohngemeinschaft werden!

Together with you, we would be a shared flat for two. Ideally, you have already lived in shared flats and are interested in living together. I would find a FLINTA flat share quite nice, and also if the contents of the fridge remain vegetarian. A big plus if you bring a dog or other pet (except cats, unfortunately!).
Some information about me: My name is Aurelia, I'm 27, and in my free time I like to go to the theatre and the museum, co-organise an art festival, read, watch trash TV, meet my friends, go to the gym, cook, and laugh a lot. I love being on the road, but I also enjoy being at home. At the moment I'm studying psychology and art history at the Hauptuni, work in a nice café in the 7th district and sometimes look after some cute kids.
If you are looking for a quiet, cosy retreat (with a stove in the living room, it's already there, the chimney sweep just needs to look over it), then this could be your perfect flat share!
