Hallo! Ich (Aurelia) bin für ein Semester im Ausland und vermiete deshalb mein Zimmer unter! Im Prinzip kannst du ab jetzt einziehen, Ein- und Auszugsdatum sind flexibel. Ab spätestens März wäre schön :-)
Das Zimmer ist etwa 23qm groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was du brauchst: ein gemütliches Bett mit Bett1 Matratze, mit einer Kommode + einem Kasten ausreichend Stauraum und Platz für deine Yogamatte (oder welchen Sport du auch machen willst, zum am Boden liegen ist es auch schön). Es gibt zwei große Fenster zu einer ruhigen Straße hinaus, bis auf die Müllabfuhr hört man eigentlich nichts.
Außerdem gibt es noch ein großes (auch etwa 23qm) Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, großem Esstisch und vollem Bücherregal, einen Eingangsbereich mit viel Stauraum, ein frisch gemachtes Bad mit Dusche und eine schöne Küche mit einem weiteren Tisch. Man kann sich in der Wohnung also auch gut verteilen.

Hello, I (Aurelia) am abroad for a semester and am therefore subletting my room! In principle, you can move in now, move-in and move-out dates are flexible. March at the latest would be nice :-)
The room is about 23sqm and equipped with everything you need: a cosy bed with bed1 mattress, with a chest of drawers + a box enough storage space and space for your yoga mat (or whatever sport you want to do, it's also nice to lie on the floor). There are two large windows overlooking a quiet street, so apart from the dustcart you can't really hear anything.
There is also a large (also about 23 square metres) living room with sofa, large dining table and full bookshelf, an entrance area with plenty of storage space, a freshly renovated bathroom with shower and a nice kitchen with another table. So you can also spread out well in the flat.
Die Wohnung liegt zwei Gehminuten von der Station Gersthof (S45 und Straßenbahnen 40, 41, 9). Somit kommt man in 20 Min zur Hauptuni oder zur Boku. Sie bringen dich auch schnell raus ins Grüne oder in die Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad geht alles ein bisschen schneller, da ist man in 10 Minuten an den Unis!
In Fußnähe liegt der Sternwartepark, in dem man mit etwas Glück einen Dachs und einen Fuchs sehen kann, und der Türkenschanzpark, in dem es sich super laufen gehen oder entspannen lässt.
Billa, Spar Gourmet, Hofer und eine Tankstelle mit Billa unterwegs (24/7 geöffnet) sind innerhalb 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Zum Café Stadtbahn und Café Mocca musst du nur einmal umfallen.

The flat is a two-minute walk from Gersthof station (S45 and trams 40, 41, 9). This means you can get to the main university or the Boku in 20 minutes. They also take you quickly out into the nature or into the city centre. By bike everything is a bit faster, you can get to the universities in 10 minutes!
Nearby is the Sternwartepark, where you can see a badger and a fox if you're lucky, and the Türkenschanzpark, where it's great to go running or relax.
Billa, Spar Gourmet, Hofer and a petrol station with Billa on the road (open 24/7) are within a 5-minute walk. You only have to drop once to Café Stadtbahn and Café Mocca.
Du wirst mit Marianne zusammenwohnen:
Ich heiße Marianne, bin 26 und studiere momentan Expanded Museum Studies. Daneben bin in einem Kunst und Design Kollektiv tätig. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich sehr gern ins Kino, ins Theater oder Museum. Ich gehe sehr gerne spazieren, bin gern mit Freund*innen unterwegs und trinke wahrscheinlich viel zu viele Kaffees. Momentan teste ich mich noch im Aerobic, was wahrscheinlich keine Erfolgskarriere wird.. Wenn ich nicht unterwegs bin, geniesse ich auch gerne Zeit Zuhause. Daher ist mir auch ein angenehmes Zusammenleben total wichtig. Ich würde es schön finden, wenn ab und zu was unternommen wird: von einem sporadischen Morgenkaffee bis hin zu einem gemeinsamen Abendessen, bin ich bei allem dabei :)
Das WG Leben ist aktuell sehr gemütlich, wir trinken gerne Kaffee zusammen und tauschen uns am Nachmittag/Abend über den Tag aus, gehen spazieren oder laden manchmal Freund*innen zum Dinner ein. Die Wohnung ist für uns beide ein Rückzugsort (und die Vermieter wohnen gleich darüber), deshalb bitte keine Hauspartys und Rauchen nur im Garten 🐬

My name is Marianne, I'm 26 and I'm currently studying Expanded Museum Studies. I also work in an art and design collective. In my free time, I love going to the cinema, theatre or museum. I enjoy going for walks, hanging out with friends and probably drink far too many coffees. At the moment I'm still trying out aerobics, which probably won't be a successful career. When I'm not on the go, I also enjoy spending time at home. That's why it's so important for me to have a relaxed atmosphere. I'd like to do activities from time to time: from a sporadic morning coffee to dinner together, I'm up for anything :)
Life in the shared flat is currently very cosy, we like to drink coffee together and talk about the day in the afternoon/evening, go for a walk or sometimes invite friends over for dinner. The flat is a retreat for both of us (and the landlords live just above), so please no house parties and smoking only in the garden 🐬
