Mein kleines, aber sehr feines Zimmer steht ab Juni oder je nach Absprache zur Verfügung.
Es ist 10 m² groß und bietet durch das vorhandene Hochbett ausreichend Platz. Es ist vollständig möbliert und auch im Rest der Wohnung (Küche/Bad) ist alles vorhanden. Das Fenster ist zu einem sehr ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet, wodurch die warmen Sommer in Wien gut auszuhalten sind, da nur morgens kurz die Sonne herein scheint und man nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann.
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden, man erreicht die U-Bahn Stationen Michelbeuern-AKH und Alserstraße in jeweils 5 Minuten. Mit den Straßenbahnlinien 42 und 43 ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten beim Schottentor und somit mitten in der Stadt.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen Anna (31) und Bettina (22) sind beide Studentinnen und arbeiten nebenbei. Gerne wird bei uns in der Küche geplaudert und manchmal gemeinsam gekocht.

My small but very nice room is available from May on or by arrangement.
It is 10 m² in size and offers enough space thanks to the existing bunk bed. It is fully furnished and everything is available in the rest of the apartment (kitchen/bathroom). The window faces a very quiet inner courtyard, which makes the warm summers in Vienna easy to bear, as the sun only shines in for a short time in the morning and you can sleep with the window open at night.
The apartment is well connected, you can reach the subway stations Michelbeuern-AKH and Alserstraße in 5 minutes walking. With the tram lines 42 and 43 you are within 10 minutes at the Schottentor and thus in the middle of the city.
Your future roommates Anna (31) and Bettina (22) are both students and work part-time. We like to chat in the kitchen and sometimes cook together.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Küche und im Eingangsbereich befindet sich ein nette Tischecke, an der man gemeinsam essen und die Abende verbringen kann.
