Wir vermieten das hofseitige Zimmer unserer gemütlichen Altbau-3er WG. Das Zimmer ist aufgrund der Hoflage im Sommer kühl und sehr ruhig. Vorhandene Möbel: Bett (1,4x2m), Schreibtisch und Stühle. Mit Bettwäsche etc. können wir bei Bedarf gerne aushelfen.
We rent out a room in our shared flat. The room has a window into the courtyard and is quiet and cool in summer. It is also furnished with a bed, a desk and some chairs. We can offer some linen for the bed and/or additional furniture if needed. There is spacious and cozy living room and a big hallway which can also be used for dining.
Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden zwischen den U-Bahn Stationen U6 AKH Michelbeuern und Währinger Straße /Volksoper (auch Straßenbahn 40, 41,42). Durch die Nähe zur Währingerstraße und Kutschkermarkt sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nah. Hofer, Billa und dm sind auch in 5-10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
The flat is between the U6 stations AKH and Währinger Straße/Volksoper (also tram 41,42,40) and both stations can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes by foot. All major shops for groceries are within walking distance and the Kutschkermarket is 5 minutes away by foot.
In der WG wohnen Thomas (Lehrer) und Ulli (Informationsdesignerin und Fotografin), wir sind ein Paar. Wir kochen gerne in unserer gut ausgestatteten Küche, trinken gern mal Kaffee oder abends ein Gläschen Wein/Bier, sind kommunikative Menschen und in der Freizeit gern aktiv. Wir wandern und sporteln (Schwimmen, Laufen, Rad fahren) gern.
We are Thomas (teacher) and Ulli (informationdesigner and photographer) - we are a couple and love to cook in our retro-style-but-well-equipped kitchen, drink coffee or a beer or two in the evening. Both of us like to hike, bike and swim in our free time.
Wir freuen uns über eine/n kommunikative/n Mitbewohner/in für vorübergehend, oder auch länger.
