As my flatmate moves out at the beginning of January, her bright room is available for rent again at the beginning of January/February. It has 23 square meters, has two windows and is covered with parquet flooring. The whole apartment has a total of 80 square meters. There is a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a walk-in closet.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin mit Anfang Jänner auszieht, steht ihr helles Zimmer mit Anfang Jänner/Anfang Februar wieder zur Vermietung frei. Es hat 23 qm, hat zwei Fenster und ist mit Parkettboden ausgelegt. Die gesamte Wohnung hat insgesamt 80 qm. Es gibt eine Küche, ein Badezimmer, ein WC und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.
The apartment is located in the 18th district of Vienna, close to the Aumannplatz, from where you can reach the main university within 12 minutes. Also within walking distance is Währingerstraße with shopping facilities (dm, Bipa, Spar, Libro). Since the apartment is right next to the Sternwartepark, it is very quiet and you won't hear much of the traffic noise.
Die Wohnung liegt im 18. Wiener Gemeindebezirk, gleich in der Nähe des Aumannplatzes, von wo aus man binnen 12 Minuten an der Hauptuni ist. Auch in Gehweite ist die Währingerstraße mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (dm, Bipa, Spar, Libro). Da die Wohnung gleich am Sternwartepark liegt, ist es aber super ruhig und man bekommt nicht viel mit vom Verkehrslärm.
