Dein Zimmer wäre 18 qm groß, hofseitig und daher - wie die ganze Wohnung - sehr ruhig gelegen. Von den Möbel, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, würden das Bett, das Exedit-Regal, die braun-weiße Kommode und der Bürosessel im Zimmer bleiben (wenn du möchtest), als Ablöse würde ich gerne € 200 haben, das ist aber verhandelbar.
Ansonsten verfügt die Wohnung noch über ein großes Bad mit Dusche UND Badewanne (!), ein getrenntes WC, einen geräumigen Gang, eine gemütliche Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeit, einen Abstellraum und natürlich mein Zimmer. Da meine (bald ehemalige) Mitbewohner bereits seit über 6 Jahren in der Wohnung wohnt und ich seit über 2 Jahren hier lebe, ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben so braucht (Waschmaschine, Schuhkasten, Esstisch etc) und kann all das natürlich gerne von dir mitbenützt werden.

As my flatmate is moving out, I'm looking for a new flatmate for my 2-person flat share in the 18th district. The room is available from 1st August .Your room would be 18 square meters, facing a small courtyard and therefore - like the whole apartment - very quiet. The apartment has a large bathroom with shower AND bathtub (!), A separate toilet, , a cozy kitchen with seating, a storage room and of course my room. Since my (soon to be former) roommate has lived in the apartment for over 6 years and I have been living here for over 2 years, everything is available (washing machine, shoe box, dining table, etc.) and of course you can use it freely.
Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man in ca drei Minuten den Aumannplatz, von dort gehen die Straßenbahnlinien 40 und 41 direkt zum Schottentor, die 9er und die 42er befinden sich ebenso in Gehnähe (ca 6 Minuten). Die U6 kann daher entweder mit der Straßenbahn oder zu Fuß (ca 15 min zu Währingerstraße - Volksoper, ca 12 min zu Michelbeuern-AKH) erreicht werden.
From the apartment you can reach Aumannplatz in about three minutes, from there tram lines 40 and 41 go directly to Schottentor, the 9 and 42 are also within walking distance (about 6 minutes). The U6 is closeby (approx. 15 minutes to Währingerstraße - Volksoper, approx. 12 minutes to Michelbeuern-AKH).
About me
I have lived in Vienna for close to 3 years now and I work at the Medical University of Vienna (doing my PhD). Since I work, you will have the flat to yourself during the day but in the evening I am happy to share a glass of wine and conversation :) I have lived in flatshares for around 7 years now here in Vienna and in England before this and like to have an easy-going and relaxed flat. As you have guessed, I don't speak much German yet!
