Hallo zusammen,
ich biete den Sommer über mein sonniges WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Es ist ca. 9-10qm groß, das meiste wird durch den begehbaren Kleiderschrank, das 160cmx200cm Boxspringbett und ein Klavier eingenommen. Es hat ein Fenster Richtung Süden raus in einen ruhigen Hinterhof, es ist also angenehm hell und ruhig.

i am renting out my cozy flatshare-room over the summer months. It is quite small, but comforting with its 9qm, a 160cm bed and a piano, together with a walk in closet. The window to the inner courtyard is directed towards the south and amazingly calm for a central district (plus the tree in the wind is relaxing to listen to).
Thats pretty much everything about the room. :)
Die Lage könnte idyllischer Kaum sein, direkt am Währinger Schubert Park, der Währinger Einkaufsstraße und dem Kutschkermarkt. Die Bim ist 2 minuten zu Fuß entfernt und in 7 Geh-Minuten ist die U6 erreichbar. Erholung, Einkauf und Verkehr sind also optimal angebunden.
The location is directly central in the 18th district, right next to a park, the local shopping mile and the farmers market each saturday ( a must see!). Transport is also just 5 minutes away and by bike you reach most of the city center in under 15 minutes.
Deine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen wären die Sami und die Anna, beide sehr herzliche und liebe junge Damen. Anna arbeitet als Architektin und Sami wird im Sommer mit ihrer Master-Arbeit fertig sein. Für ein geselliges Beisammensein oder kochen sind die beiden jederzeit offen, respektieren aber auch einen Wunsch nach Privatssphäre. Die Nachbarn unten schlafen nicht unter unserer Wohnung, deshalb steht die Möglichkeit einer Hausparty auch im Raum. :D
