As I (Henri) am doing from february onwards an Erasmus semester in Italy (napoli), a room in our beautiful shared apartment (WG) of 4 is free for this time period (feb – June) until I return to Vienna at the end of the semester!
Ideally, you are an erasmus student as well who is looking for a room in our beautiful city 😊
The apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful old building. On about 130 m2 you can usually meet in the kitchen or in the dining/living area. There is a bathroom (with bathtub) and shower cabin. In summer you can spend time reading in the courtyard where it is also allowed to smoke (as well as in the kitchen) 😊
The room is about 12 m2 and looks spacious due to the high ceiling. There is a large window to the north. It dully equipped with all you need to make yourself feel home (bed, couch, armchair, self-built ward robe, plants) The room costs a total of 365€ warm per month. In general, the furniture will stay in the room but for sure I will make enough space for your stuff to fit in while you live in the room 😊

Ich (Henri) werde ab Februaar ein Erasmus-Semester in Italien (Neapel) machen und suche für diesen Zeitraum (Feb - Juni?) eine*n Untermieter*in für mein gemütliches Zimmer in der 4er WG Semprestraße 😊 Optimalerweise suchst DU nach einem Zimmer (weil du auch Erasmus Student*in bist) für ein Semester in unserer schönen Stadt Wien 😊
Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stock eines schönen Altbaus gelegen. Auf etwa 130 m² trifft man sich meistens in der Küche oder im Ess-/Wohnbereich. Es gibt ein Bad (mit Badewanne) und Duschkabine. Die Toilette ist wie im Altbau üblich getrennt. Im Sommer kann man sich zum lesen o.ä. auch im Innenhof aufhalten (da und in der Küche ist es auch erlaubt zu rauchen) :)
Das Zimmer ist etwa 12 m² groß und wirkt durch die hohen Altaudecken geräumig. Es gibt ein großes Fenster zum Norden. Felix hat bei seinem Einzug ein Hochbett eingebaut. Es beinhaltet eine große Ablagefläche (mit Steckdose). Zusätzlich ist das Zimmer voll möböiert und bleibt es auch so lange ich weg bin (gemütliche Couch, Kleiderstange, Ohrensessel, selbstgebauter Kleiderschrank, Regal). Allerdings werde ich meine persönlichen Sachen wegräumen, damit deine Sachen auch in das Zimmer passen 😊
The location is fantastic! In two minutes you reach the U6, just as quickly you can reach the tram lines 40/41/42 to Schottentor (stop Währinger Straße/Volksoper). With the public transport, you can be anywhere in 20 minutes. The same applies to getting around by bicycle. In immediate vicinity there are three supermarkets and also all other shops of daily needs (2 minutes walk). The Währinger Park is quickly reached and the Schubert and Türkenschanzpark are not far away. The distance to the different universities is pleasant, the BOKU is in the same district. The Volksoper and the WUK are just a stone’s throw away.

Die Lage ist ein großes Plus. In zwei Minuten erreicht man die U6, ebenso schnell kann man die Tram Linien 40/41/42 zum Schottentor erreichen (Haltestelle Währinger Straße/Volksoper). Mit den Öffis ist man in 20 Minuten eigentlich überall. Gleiches gilt für die Fortbewegung mit dem Fahrrad. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es drei Supermärkte und auch sonst alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (2 Gehminuten). Der Währinger Park ist schnell erreicht und auch der Schubert- und Türkenschanzpark sind nicht weit entfernt. Zu den verschiedenen Universitäten ist die Distanz angenehm, die BOKU ist im gleichen Bezirk. Die Volksoper und das WUK sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.
You will be living with 3 lovely flatmates:
Mimi: She is from upper Austria and is currently working as social worker. She is an active and humorous person who is always up for cozy movie nights, pub crawls or spontaneous hangouts 😊
Tom: He is from Germany and doing his master’s degree in business. In his leisure time, he likes to do sports and is open for dinner nights, outdoor adventures and being sportive together.
Marcus: he is from Vienna and an environmental and bio-resource management – student at BOKU. He prefers to play beach volleyball in the summer, is on the road a lot and goes hiking every now and then. He is also (almost) always welcome for a cozy beer or discussions about politics.
We share several food with each other and regularly spend time with each other playing board games and cooking together. Besides this, we try to keep the flat quite clean (for this reason we have a cleaning schedule).
If you are an open-minded and positive person, we think you would fit in very well and we will have a good time while you’re in Vienna 😊

Bei uns in der WG trifft man sich Abends oft beim Essen in der Küche. Es wird regelmäßig zusammen gekocht oder wir gehen gemeinsam in den Park oder was trinken. Wir teilen uns die Grundnahrungsmittel wie Milch, Nudeln, Reis und Gewürze und haben für solche allgemeinen Anschaffungen eine WG-Kasse. Außerdem haben wir einen Putzplan.
