Hi ich vermiete mein wunderschönes Zimmer im Februar unter. Da ich im März auch viel unterwegs bin, besteht die Möglichkeit auch noch im März das Zimmer zu haben.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und sonnig nach Süden ausgerichtet. Es liegt im "Ostflügel" der insgesamt sehr großen WG. Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist das Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch und Sofaecke. Highlight der Wohnung ist die Dachterrasse, auf der wir schon einige Abende gemeinsam verbracht haben.
Ich würde alles im Zimmer lassen, aber im Regal und im Kleiderschrank genug Platz frei räumen, damit du dich ausbreiten kannst!
Hi, I'm subletting my beautiful room in February but since I'm away quite often in March as well there is the opportunity to extend the sublet till the end of March.
The room is bright and spacious, facing south. Two highlights for me are the big living room with a big dining table and a couch, and the rooftop terrace.
I would like to leave most stuff in the room but would of course empty some shelves and drawers for your belongings to make you as comfortable as possible!
Nicht weit vom Kutschkermarkt, der einer der schönsten Märkte ist, liegt die Wohnung 5 Gehminuten von der U6 Währinger Straße/Volksoper entfernt. Außerdem fährt die Bim 40/41 direkt um die Ecke.
Spar, Billa, dm, Hofer, you name it - alles um die Ecke.
Außerdem ist es nicht weit bis zur Uni, zum alten AKH, in die Innenstadt oder andersherum raus ins Grüne.
The flat is close to the Kutschkermarkt, a nice market with fancy deli food if you cann afford. The U6 is just five minutes away on foot, the Bim stop for 40/41 is just around the corner. Supermarkets and drug stores are in close proximity. The main campus, the campus of the old AKH are within walking distance, and in case you need a break from the city life it's not far to the outskirts either.
Wir leben alle sehr gern zusammen und gestalten unseren Alltag neben Arbeit, Uni und Verpflichtungen zum Teil gemeinsam. Abends kochen meist 1-2 Personen für die anderen und so versuchen wir auch alle regelmäßig gemeinsam zu essen. Wir achten auf Sauberkeit und auf die Bedürfnisse der anderen. Wir kaufen alles gemeinsam ein und teilen alle Lebensmittel. Mit A., dem WG-Jüngsten (8 Jahre) gucken wir gern Filme am Wochenende und wir WG-Älteren (um die 30 Jahre) trinken gern ein Bier oder Gin Tonic zusammen oder gehen auf Demos. Wir würden uns über eine Zwischenmiete freuen, die auch Lust auf Gemeinschaft hat und sich für die Zeit einbringen mag.
Und wir haben einen sehr lieben Hund, der aber nie in meinem Zimmer chillt. Das nur zur Info
We really enjoy sharing the flat and our lives together and we value the community life we create on a daily basis. That means for example that 1-2 people are cooking for the others and we have dinner together. Thus we share all the food we buy and we care to share the burden of the work in the household.
On weekends, we like to watch movies with the youngest flatmate A. (8 years old) or share a beer, Gin Tonic or go to demonstrations with the older flatmates (around 30 years old).
We also have a dog that nevers hangs in my room but maybe good to know nevertheless
