Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern, einem großen Vorzimmer, Balkon mit schönen Blick zum Innenhof , Küche und Bad mit getrenntem WC. Um die Wohnung herum sind unmengen an Bäume und Grasflächen, man hört von der Wohnung auch bei offenen Fenster keinen Straßenlärm.

The apartment has three rooms, a large, wide hallway with storage possibilities, a balcony, kitchen and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The grounds of the apartment are full of grass and trees and there is no noise from the street at all.
Die Wohnung ist im ruhigen Ursulinenhof. Dementsprechend sind Hauptuni, ZtW und BOKU recht nah und auch gut erreichbar (U6,40, 41, 42, 40a sind alle innerhalb 5 min zu erreichen - Station Währinger Straße/Volksoper). Es hat auch reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Spar, Penny, Etsan, DM, Bipa, Hofer, Denns...sowie der Kutschkermarkt, mit täglich frischem Gemüse und Blumen, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden.
The appartment is in the quiet Ursulinenhof. University buildings (Uni Wien, BOKU, FHWien der WKW) are close by. Public transport opportunities are on every corner (U6, 40, 41, 42, 35a, 37a, 40a - Währinger Straße /Volksoper). For shopping there are two spars and an etsan within 3 minutes walk, a DM within 5 minutes walk, and a Bipa, Hofer or Denns Biomarkt within ten minutes walk. There's also the Kutschkermarkt with its daily market within 3 minutes walk of the apartment.
Pete (27) arbeitet unter Tags aber sonst oft zuhause. Ich koche sehr viel, fahre viel Rad und haben oft besuche, vorallem Mittwochs.
Esra (36) Studiert Zahnmedizin, ist im allgemein sehr beschäftigt und sehr selten da.
Pete (27) I am at work in the day times but I usually spend plenty of time at home. I cook and ride my bike a lot. There are often guests and every week I hold a dinner party.
Esra (36) Studies Dentistry, is in general very busy, and isn't in the flat very often.
Geimpft, vegan, entspannt bevorzugt. Bitte auch 3 mal die Woche PCR getestet sein!
