Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern, einem großen Vorzimmer, Balkon mit schönen Blick zum Innenhof , Küche und Bad mit getrenntem WC. Um die Wohnung herum sind unmengen an Bäume und Grasflächen, man hört von der Wohnung auch bei offenen Fenster keinen Straßenlärm.

The apartment has three rooms, a large, wide hallway with storage possibilities, a balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The grounds of the apartment are full of grass and trees and there is no noise from the street at all.
Die Wohnung ist im ruhigen Ursulinenhof. Dementsprechend sind Hauptuni, ZtW und BOKU recht nah und auch gut erreichbar (U6,40, 41, 42, 40a sind alle innerhalb 5 min zu erreichen - Station Währinger Straße/Volksoper). Es hat auch reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Spar, Penny, Etsan, DM, Bipa, Hofer, Denns...sowie der Kutschkermarkt, mit täglichfrischem Gemüse und Blumen, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden.
The appartment is in the quiet Ursulinenhof. University buildings (Uni Wien, BOKU, FHWien der WKW) are close by. Public transport opportunities are on every corner (U6, 40, 41, 42, 35a, 37a, 40a - Währinger Straße /Volksoper). For shopping there are two spars and an etsan within 3 minutes walk, a DM within 5 minutes walk, and a Bipa, Hofer or Denns Biomarkt within ten minutes walk. There's also the Kutschkermarkt with its daily market within 3 minutes walk of the apartment.
Flat life is generally relaxed, once every 2 weeks we host a dinner party where lots of people come together to celebrate life and togetherness. It usually does not go on so late and doesn't get crazy. Unfortunately, (big) pets are not allowed in the flat. The neighbors are chill no one has ever complained about the noise and they are generally friendly and helpful.
