1 Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon zur Zwischenmiete, 17m², in 300m² großen WG-Haus zu vergeben.
Der angegebene Preis ist der Mietpreis pro Monat, je nachdem, wie lange du bleibst berechnet sich der preis aliquot.
Das große, helle Wohnzimmer nimmt mit 55m² fast das ganze erste Stockwerk ein, mit Fensterfronten Richtung Norden, Osten und Süden. Wunderbar zum gemeinsamen Abhängen und Zeit Verbringen, aber auch um gemeinsam für sich zu sein, was sich in den verschiedenen gemütlichen Ecken des Wohnzimmers und der auch auf dem selben Stockwerk befindlichen geräumigen Küche (~19m²) mit Eckbank und großem Tisch gut bewerkstelligen lässt. :) In den kalten Monaten heizen wir hier auch gern mit einem großen Ofen, ähnlich einem Kachelofen, mit Holz ein.
Zwei Terrassen sind an das Wohnzimmer nach Norden und nach Südosten angeschlossen. Von beiden Terrassen kommt man über Treppen nach unten in den Garten mit Altbaumbestand. Im Garten gibts eine Feuerstelle, weil wir gerne zu jeder Jahreszeit am Lagerfeuer sitzen, und rund ums Haus sonnige und schattige Plätzchen zum Entspannen und Garteln. Es ist ziemlich paradiesisch hier.
Es gibt ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit Badewanne, Dusche und Blick ins Grüne. Darüber hinaus hat das Haus mehrere WCs (mindestens eins pro Stockwerk), eine Sauna mit 2 Kaltwasser-Duschen im Keller und Stauraum in den Gängen und im Keller.
Der Zimmerpreis inkludiert bereits alle anfallenden Kosten wie Strom/Gas, Wlan, Versicherung, Wasser, GIS, Thermenwartung.
Wir leben mit zwei zuckersüßen Katzen!

The indicated price is the rental price per month, depending on how long you stay the price is calculated aliquot.
Beautifully sunny and cosy shared living room, 55m², with room for spending time together but also spending alone time together ;), spread out in the different corners of the living room and adjacent kitchen (~19m²) with a big table. In the cold months we can additionally heat up the room with the wood oven.
From the living room you can step out on two terraces, one in the north and one in the southeast and from there you reach the garden, which embeds the house on all sides, over a few stairs. Perfect to lie in the grass, in a hammoc, play table tennis or sit on the open fire place. Really a little piece of paradise.
There is a shared bathroom (with tub, shower, window with garden-view) and a sauna with two cold showers in the basement.
There´s quite a lot of toilets (at least one per floor) and good storage room on each floor and in the basement.
The cost of the room already includes heating/gas, electricity, Internet, insurance, water, fees for radio and the yearly service of the heating/gas boiler.
We live with two very sweet cats!

10 minutes walk to the woods (and public swimming pool), 10 minutes by bike (20 minutes by train) to city center and universities, bakery around the corner, all kinds of shops and a few pubs about 5-10 minutes walking distance. Calm and green neighbourhood.
