Das Zimmer ist Wahnsinn! Super hell, da Dachgeschoss. 25 Quadratmeter warten darauf das du sie zu deinen machst. Genug Platz und gute Vibes zum wohlfühlen. Du hast hier wirklich dein Reich in dem dir keiner hineinpfuscht. Teilweise hohe Wände, da Dachschrägen. Es gibt 5 Zimmer, mit einem riesigen Wohnzimmer. Die Miete ist warm all inclusive. Achtung! Da es ein DG ist, wird es im Sommer auch mal warm.
Direkt am Aumannplatz: 40/41 direkt vor der Tür, fahren alle 5 Minuten bis zum Schottentor durch. Man kommt super schnell ins Zentrum. U-6 Währinger Straße - Volksoper ist auch in der Nähe. Unten im Haus gibt's unser local Café Il Piccolo und das Aumann ist auch gleich da. Günstige Bäckerei und weitere nette Bars - Trabant und Café Stadtbahn sind easy zu Fuß erreichbar. Penny ist der nächste Supermarkt, aber auch Hofer (if you know what's good), Billa und ein Eurospar sind ums Eck.
Das WG Leben ist richtig entspannt. Man kann sich frei entfalten. Die 3 Mitbewohner die bleiben sind entweder gerade am Studium beenden oder schon ins Berufsleben gestartet.
Es gibt einen sehr großen und schönen Gemeinschaftsraum, mit einer sehr bequemen Couch zum gemeinsam chillen.
Hobbies in der WG: Kletter, Ski/Snowboard, Skitouren, Zocken (Konsolen, Dota, DnD, Gemeinschaftsspiele, Darts), Gitarre spielen, was trinken gehen, Donauinsel, Bierchen am Aumannplatz, zusammen was essen (kochen oder bestellt).
Deine Mitbewohner Flo, Johannes und Raphael kommen aus Österreich und Deutschland und kennen sich gut mit Chemie, Medizin, Sozialprojekten, Serien, Sport und Klettern aus. Ich (Ludwig) ziehe aus und suche den Dreien jetzt eine*n neue*n Mitbewohni.
Nachmieter gesucht ab dem 01.08.2022 (gerne auch schon früher). Das hier ist für Leute die eine unkomplizierte WG suchen. Sowohl Vermieter als auch Mitbewohner absolut top.

The room is really nice! 25 square meters are waiting for you to make them yours. Enough space and good vibes to feel good. You really have your kingdom here where no one interferes. There are 5 rooms, with a large living room. The rent is warm all inclusive.
Directly at the Aumannplatz: 40/41 directly in front of the door, go every 5 minutes to the Schottentor through. Therefore ideal for main university students. U-6 is also nearby. There are numerous restaurants on Währinger Straße. To Eurospar and Penny are each 5 min walk.
The WG life is really relaxed. You can develop freely. The 3 roommates who stay are either just finishing their studies or have already started their professional life. There is a very large and nice common room, with a very comfortable couch to chill together. Your roommates Flo, Johannes and Raphael are from Austria and Germany and are well versed in chemistry, medicine, business, series, sports and climbing. I (Ludwig) am moving out and am now looking for a new roommate for the three of them.
