Für Menschen, die an der Uni Wien oder an der Boku zu tun haben, ist das Zimmer ideal. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 15min zu Fuß entfernt von der Boku und 5 Straßenbahnstationen vom Unicampus. Die nächstgelegene U-Bahn - Station ist die U6 Station Währinger Straße/Volksoper. Türkenschanzpark und Sternwartepark sind direkt in der Nachbarschaft. 1 Minute Fußweg erreichst du gleich die Straßenbahnlinie 40 und 41, mit der du sehr schnell ins Stadtzentrum gelangst.
For people whose daily routine revolves around the university or BOKU or Uni Wien, the arrangement is virtually ideal. The flat is situated only 15 minutes away from the Boku by foot and 5 tram stops away from the main uni campus. The nearest underground stop is U6 Währinger Straße/Volksoper station. Sternwartepark and Türkenschanzpark are situated in the immediate vicinity. Also the tram lines 40 and 41 are only 1 minute walk away, allowing you to get to the city center really fast.
WG Leben:
Wir sind eine gesellige, aber eher ruhige WG (keine Party WG) in bester Lage (direkt beim Türkenschantzpark und der Währinger Straße, super Anbindung mit der 40er und 41er Bim).
Zu uns:
Ich bin Susanne, arbeitet an meiner Masterarbeit in Architektur und mache Musik, probiere immer wieder neue Sachen aus und singe des öfteren auch in der U-bahn. Ich ziehe jetzt für 10 Wochen über den Sommer weg.
Paula macht gerade ihre PhD an der Boku über Paleontologie und kommt aus Barcelona
Diogo studiert internationale Entwicklung und chinesische Wirtschaft, oder so :-)
Julius arbeitet für ein Start Up

Bei uns geht es nicht um
eine Zweck-WG, aber wir sind auch keine Party-WG. Wir respektieren unsere eigene Spaces und achten darauf, dass wir einen respektvollen und unkomplizierten Umgang miteinander haben. Wir suchen Nichtraucher für das Zimmer ;) LGBT+ und internationals welcome!

WG Life:
Overall This always used to be a flat where people living here got along very well and sometimes even spent time together over a glass of wine or dinner, but it's also a flat where everyone just lives his/ her own life and is not obligated to hang out a lot. Nevertheless, we are very respectful with each other and our neighbours and are definitely no party flat. Having a quiet and nice home is top priority even if Susanne practices the piano sometimes. She can use headphones if someone feels disturbed, so no loud E-guitar players after 10 and generally use the headphone if you need to pump it up! ;-)
About us:

Susanne is composing music and working on her master thesis in architecture. Attending theatre plays or concerts, mountainbike and traveling are some of her interests.
Paula is from Barcelona and is currently doing her PhD at Boku on Paleontology.
Julius works for a start up.
