Furnished 11 m2 room with a warm rent of €285 per month. A smaller room downstairs for a budget price. The room comes furnished with a mattress, wardrobe, etc. No Ablöse for the furniture.
For each room, the deposit is € 1750. We know, it sounds quite high, but there were never any problems with the repayment! The warm rent of all rooms includes the full apartment rental costs, water/gas/electricity costs, the insurance costs and Wi-Fi costs. The apartment’s kitchen, bathroom, living room and separate toilet are all fully equipped. (Please see the pictures in this ad.)
Around the corner of the apartment, you will find tram stops 42, 43, 44. The U6 U-Bahn stops Michelbeuern AKH and Alser Straße are just a 3-minute walk away. The shops Hofer, Billa, Interspar and DM are within a 5-minute walk. Also, the post office and a hairdresser are just on a 5-minute walk away from the WG. The 18th district is really lovely, close to parks, farmers' markets and many restaurants and bars. Within 15 minutes you are in the heart of Vienna.
We are 3 busy studying-working studens, Gabi a biologist, Ezgi an architect and me, Ulkar a PhD student in business.
It’s a warm, no pressure environment in the house where we feel free to enjoy our privacy after a long day or share a cup of tea around a humble kitchen table.
We think of our home as a safe haven so we would love if you are also a fan of a clean, not noisy, harmonious environment and are a good natured person yourself.
We are looking for a long-term flatmate, so please only contact us if you intend to stay longer in Vienna.
