1. There is no bathroom door, or wall. It is only separated by a curtain (but the toilet is in a separate room that can be locked).
2. 40+ stairs, no elevator.
3. There are two humans, two rats, 20+ plants and two cats living here.
4. The humans and rats are vegetarian (the plants are vicious though and they will attack).
5. No smoking.
6. Wifi over air 5g
And now the highlights (besides what was already mentioned):
1. Freshly renovated apartment, around 100 sqm in total.
2. Powered by an eco heat pump, with ceiling heating and cooling.
3. Large living room kitchen area, newly equipped with energy efficient appliances.
4. Enormous bathtub (half a tone capacity).
5. Shared garden.
6. Nature and parks are in every direction you walk; trees are visible from every window.
7. East facing bedroom, south facing balcony, west facing living room (the holy trinity).
8. Pet friendly, in case this was not obvious already.
9. Marswiese Kletterhalle is 20 minutes away by bike, through the park.
10. Bike room, storage room, and may we have the force to also clean up the Keller.
