Light and specious room in a shared apartment is becoming available from either June or July onwards. The room has high ceilings and three big windows facing the calm Pantzergasse street. Some of the basic furniture in the room has to be taken over, which includes one Warderobe. (Maybe something more if needed)
The flat is 174 m² and is divided into 4 rooms 2 bathrooms, 1 kitcher and 2 toiletts. The room itself is 32,5 m². is is a big room and it can be discussed what I should leave behind.
The apartment is located in beautiful Döbling district. All essential shops are very close by (Spar 1min, Billa and Hofer 5min, pharmacy 4min). It is very easy to go around as the Spittelau U-bahn station is only 6min walk away as well as multiple tram and bus stops are opposite the house or near by (37, 38, D).
IT is also less then 5 minutes away from U6 Nußdorferstraße and 10 Minutes from U6 & U4 Spitellau
The flat is shared
between 4 people and due to the size of the apartment there's never any queues to the toilet or shower. The flat is very international, as there're currently living a a new tenent, a Brazilian girl and one guy from Guatemala. All tenants are very nice and either students or workers.
There is something for every taste in our flat, people who like to party can join frequent Brazilian gatherings. However, if you like peace and quite you also don''t need to worry as the walls are isolating the sounds very well!
