Hey du :-)
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hat die Fenster Richtung Süden raus. Es kommt also schön viel Licht rein (wenn nicht gerade Winter ist...). Das Zimmer ist zudem sehr schön groß und bietet viel Platz für schicke Möbel und viel nettes Beisammensein. Gemütlich zusammen sitzen kann man aber auch im großzügigen Wohnzimmer, wo unser Esstisch und eine Sofa-Ecke zu finden sind :-) Hier kann man sehr gemütliche Abende verbringen.
Die Küche ist zwar nicht als Haupttreffpunkt der Wohnung gedacht, aber irgendwie kommt man dort doch am öftesten zusammen. Die Ausstattung ist recht umfangreich (Spülmaschine, Dampfgarer etc.) und die Geräte sind recht neu.

The room is very large and the windows face south. So a lot of light comes in (when it's not winter...). The room is also very large and offers plenty of space for chic furniture and lots of nice get-togethers. You can also sit together comfortably in the spacious living room, where you'll find our dining table and a sofa corner :-) You can spend very cozy evenings here.
The kitchen is not intended to be the main meeting place in the apartment, but somehow it's where you get together most often. The equipment is quite extensive (dishwasher, steam cooker etc.) and the appliances are quite new.
Lage ist wunderbar. Man ist direkt zwischen dem 9. und 19. Bezirk und wohnt 1 min von der Station Nussdorfer Str. U entfernt, wo die 37 / 38 Tram fahren und es sind ca. 5 min zu Fuß zur U6 (Nussdorfer Str.). Spittelau sind 10 min zu Fuß, wo sogar S-Bahn und zustätzlich zur U6 auch die U4 fährt. Eurospar ist direkt gegenüber vom Haus und der nächste Hofer und Billa sind ca. 7 Gehminuten weit weg.

Location is wonderful. You are directly between the 9th and 19th district and live 1 min from the station Nussdorfer Str. U, where the 37 / 38 streetcars run and it is about 5 min walk to the U6 (Nussdorfer Str.). Spittelau is a 10 min walk, where even S-Bahn and in addition to the U6 also the U4 runs. Eurospar is directly opposite the house and the nearest Hofer and Billa are about 7 minutes away on foot.
Zum wichtigsten Teil ;-)
Gewünscht ist eine lebendige und gemütliche WG mit Austausch und Freude. Unter der Woche sind untertags oft alle mit ihren Dingen beschäftigt, aber am Wochenende finden wir uns meisten zusammen. Grundsätzlich sind die Zimmertüren eher offen als geschlossen und es gibt eine große Bereitschaft für gemeinsame Tätigkeiten!
Wer wir sind:
David, Leo und Ada leben hier der Wohnung und alle machen unterschiedliche Dinge. Leo studiert an der BOKU Gartenbau auf englisch und es kommt gerne mal vor, dass er mit 3 Bäumen unterm Arm nach Hause kommt, die er am Abend noch an Freunde weitergibt. Außerdem ist Leo gerne in der Natur. David hat unregelmäßige Arbeitszeiten und ist deswegen auch mal für eine Nachtschicht fort. Er ist begeisterter Roundnet / Spikeball Spieler, wobei er gerade ein angeknackstes Knie hat... Ada ist ebenfalls super gerne unterwegs und draußen im Grünen! Sie hat vor ein paar Tagen ein Schattentheater aufgeführt und arbeitet nebenbei gerade auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt. Außerdem baut sie sich derzeit ihr eigenes kleines Buisness auf.
Wir haben manchmal gesellige Zeiten und manchmal braucht halt jede Person auch mal Zeit für sich. Aber das ist, denke ich, ganz normal ;-)
Wir sind Fan von klarer Kommunikation und außerdem ist Besuch bei uns immer willkommen – auch wenn wir keine wilde Party-WG sind. Außerdem sind wir LGBTQ+ freundlich!
Es ist jemand gesucht, der oder die eine Bleibe für länger sucht und offen ist für Spiel und Spaß :-)

The most important part ;-)
We are looking for a lively and cozy flat share where we can share and have fun. During the week, everyone is often busy with their own things during the day, but we usually get together at the weekend. Basically, the room doors are open rather than closed and there is a great willingness to do things together!
Who we are:
David, Leo and Ada live here in the apartment and all do different things. Leo is studying horticulture in English at BOKU and sometimes he comes home with 3 trees under his arm, which he gives to friends in the evening. Leo also enjoys being out in nature. David has irregular working hours and is therefore sometimes away for a night shift. He is an enthusiastic roundnet / spikeball player, although he has a bad knee at the moment... Ada also loves being out and about in the countryside! She put on a shadow theater a few days ago and is currently working at the Christmas market. She is also currently building up her own little business.
We sometimes have sociable times and sometimes everyone needs time to themselves. But I think that's quite normal ;-)
We're fans of clear communication and visitors are always welcome - even if we're not a wild party flat share. We are also LGBTQ+ friendly!
We are looking for someone who is looking for a place to stay for longer and is open to fun and games :-)

Da der 1.1. ein bisschen kurzfristig ist, können wir auch nochmal quatschen bezüglich des Einzugsdatums. Das ist nicht in den Stein gemeißelt, aber es wäre schön, wenn du möglichst bald einziehen möchtest :-)
