Das Haus an sich ist ein sehr schönes klassisches 60er-Jahre Haus, mit einer original Durchreiche und Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer, Küche, großem offenen Stiegenhaus, 2 separaten Toiletten, 2 Bädern, Garage, Hobbyraum/Office, und drei Schlafzimmern, sowie riesen Garten!
Das erste Zimmer hat ca. 13 qm, ist schön hell, mit Parkettboden, und geht zur Straße raus, die ist allerdings kaum befahren, und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig.
Das zweite Zimmer ist etwas kleiner. Dafür hat es Einbauschränke und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, und damit sehr viel Stauraum. Dieses Zimmer liegt in Richtung Garten und hat damit einen wunderschönen Ausblick.
The house itself is a very beautiful 60s house, with an original serving hatch and tiled stove in the living room, kitchen, open staircase, 2 separate toilets, 2 bathrooms, garage, hobby room/office, and three bedrooms, as well as a huge garden!
The first room is about 13 square meters, very bright, with beautiful wood flooring, and faces the street, which, however, is barely trafficked, and the neighborhood is very quiet.
The second room is a bit smaller, but has lots of storage space due to its built-in wardrobe and additional walk-in wardrobe. This room is located on the side of the house which faces the garden, and has a beautiful view.
Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums nur ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt vom Türkenschanzpark. Wir haben direkt bei uns zwei Busstationen, mit denen man innerhalb von 25 Minuten beim Schottentor ist, sollte man mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs sein, so gewöhnt man sich mit der Zeit an den doch etwas steilen Heimweg ;)
Ansonsten gibt es alle nötigen Geschäfte des alltäglichen Bedarfs in Gehweite (Hofer ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt).
The location is a bit outside the center, only about a 10-minute walk from Türkenschanzpark. We have two bus stations right by us, with which you can reach Schottentor within 25 minutes. If you are cycling, you will get used to the somewhat steep way home over time ;)
Otherwise, all necessary shops for daily needs are within walking distance (Hofer is 2 minutes away).
Wir sind vor Kurzem in ein tolles Haus im 19. Bezirk mit großem Garten gezogen!
Wir sind:
- Martin (30) kaffee, audio&filmbegeisterter Software Developer (hat unser perfekt eingestimmtes audio setup & heimkino gemacht)
- Jakob (er/ihn) (30) Sonderpädagoge und virtuoser Gitarrist, leidenschaftlicher Spaziergänger
Wir beide sind berufstätig und wünschen uns auch Personen, die schon eher "geankert" sind. Unter der Woche geht es bei uns also eher ruhig zu. Trotzdem machen wir gerne was zusammen, schauen einen Film in unserem Heimkino, essen/kochen gemeinsam, sitzen jetzt im Winter gern gemütlich vorm warmen Kachelofen und quatschen, etc.
Zusätzlich zum Haus haben wir einen sehr großen Garten, in dem man sich austoben kann!
We recently moved into a great house in the 19th district with a large garden!
We are:
Martin (30), coffee, audio & film enthusiast software developer (he set up our perfectly tuned audio setup & home cinema)
Jakob (he/him) (30), special education teacher and virtuoso guitarist, passionate walker
Both of us are working and we also wish for people who are somewhat "anchored". Therefore, it's rather quiet with us during the week. Nonetheless, we like doing things together, watching a movie in our home cinema, eating/cooking together, sitting cozily in front of the warm tiled stove in winter and chatting, etc.
In addition to the house, we have a very large garden where you can let off steam!
Wir sind definitiv an einem gemeinschaftlichen Zusammenleben und werkeln interessiert, sind uns aber natürlich auch bewusst, dass wir alle erwachsene Menschen mit eigenständigem Leben sind ;)
