The room has about 12sqm, is already fully furnished (with bed, wardrobe, table, chair, shelf and bed loads) and has a private balcony that goes to the street, with the kitchen there is still a balcony that is very quiet:)
In the 340€ everything is included(electricity,gas,wlan etc.)

Das Zimmer hat ca 12qm, ist schon vollmöbliert (mit Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Stuhl, Regal und Bettlasten) und hat einen eigenen Balkon der zur Straße geht, bei der Küche gibt es noch einen Balkon der sehr ruhig ist:)
In den 340€ ist alles inkludiert(Strom,Gas, Wlan etc.)
Sonst ist die WG auch top ausgestattet!

Even if we are too eight, it never feels crowded. Everyone has its own rhythm and enough room for themselves, but at the same time there is almost always someone with whom you can talk spontaneously, cook or drink a coffee.
Whether shared dinner in the kitchen, a chic at the balcony or just a little small talk after a long day – it results in quite organic. Just now, when the balcony season starts, the WG life is often moving there.
Despite the size, there is a relaxed atmosphere here. You can withdraw when you need rest, and are just as fast in the middle of what happens when you are:)
Auch wenn wir zu acht sind, fühlt es sich nie überfüllt an. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Rhythmus und genug Raum für sich, aber gleichzeitig ist fast immer jemand da, mit dem man spontan quatschen, kochen oder einen Kaffee trinken kann.
Ob gemeinsames Abendessen in der Küche, eine Tschick am Balkon oder einfach nur ein bisschen Smalltalk nach einem langen Tag – es ergibt sich ganz organisch. Gerade jetzt, wo die Balkon-Saison startet, verlagert sich das WG-Leben auch oft dorthin.
Trotz der Größe herrscht hier eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Man kann sich zurückziehen, wenn man Ruhe braucht, und ist genauso schnell mitten im Geschehen, wenn einem danach ist:)
