da unsere Mitbewohnerin ins Ausland zieht, suchen wir jemanden, der bis Oktober in ihr Zimmer zieht.
Also zu vermieten ist ein 35 qm2 großes Zimmer mit großen Fenstern und originalem Altbauboden in einer 150 qm2 Altbauwohnung. Das Zimmer sowie die Wohnung insgesamt ist aufgrund der, für einen Altbau typischen, hohen Decken sehr geräumig und hell. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, einer Küche, einem Gemeinschaftsraum (Wohn- und Esszimmer), und über ein großes Bad mit Badewanne sowie einer separaten Toilette.
Die Miete beträgt warm 515 Euro und eine Kaution von 1000 Euro wäre auch an die Voruntermieterin zu zahlen.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert überlassen. Eventuell kommt es zu einer Ablöse für das Bett und Matratze aber da können wir noch quatschen.

since one of our flatmates is moving out, we would like to rent out her room until October.
So the room is 35 sqm2 big and has two huge windows plus beautiful old school flooring. The whole flat is 150 sqm big. The whole flat is very brightly lit due to the very high ceilings and many windows. The flat has 3 bedrooms, one kitchen, one big living room and a bathroom with a big bathtub plus a separate room with the toilet.
The rent for a month would be 515 Euro and there would be an additional 1000 Euro deposit that you would obviously get back as soon as you move out. Also, the room will stay furbished. There is potentially the option of buying off the bed and mattress but we can talk about that more if you are interested :)
Seht gute Verkehrsanbindung: Linie 37 und 38 sind direkt vor der Haustür (und bringen einen in ca. 10 Minuten zur Uni Wien) und die Haltestelle U6 Nußdorferstraße ist 5 min entfernt.
Wir hier in der Wohnung haben einen sehr festen Schlaf, deshalb stört uns auch das leichte rütteln der Bim nur wenig ;)
Eurospar ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, Hofer und DM sind in 5 min. zu erreichen.
Im Währinger Park ist man echt schnell, genauso am Donaukanal und wenn man mit den Straßenbahnen nach Grinzing oder Hohe Warte rausfährt, kann man wirklich schön im Grünen spazieren gehen.

Very good location: Tram lines 37 and 38 are directly infront of the house (only 10 minutes to the University of Vienna) and the U6 Nußdorferstraße is within 5 minute walking distance.
All three of us don't have trouble sleeping here but there is some normal city noise in the rooms due to the location. :)
There are many shops right outside the house: Eurospar (1 min), Hofer, Billa, BIPA (5min)
Wir sind Lelia (24) und Sabi (23) und wohnen seit Februar 2018 zusammen.
Lelia studiert ihren Master in IBWL an der Uni Wien, ist ein Profi im Kerzen gießen und verzichtet ungern auf eine gute Doku. Und Sabi studiert gerade Lehramt, geht gerne laufen, macht ab und zu Yoga, ernährt sich vegetarisch (bzw. eher vegan) und hat die WG mit der wunderschönen kleinen Cavalier King Charles Spaniel-Hündin Bonny bestückt.
Wir laden gerne Freunde zum Essen ein, trinken gerne Bier und Wein, sind zudem Serienjunkies, die gerne mal in ihren Zimmern oder im Wohnzimmer Serien suchten.
Wir sind zwar keine fanatischen Putzteufel, legen aber trotzdem einen gewissen Wert auf Sauberkeit

We are Lelia (24) and Sabi (23) and have been living together since February 2018.
Lelia is doing her master in International Business at Uni Wien, is a professional candle-maker and loves to watch a good documentary. And Sabi is studying to be a teacher, loves running and doing yoga, and is also the proud dog mum of our beautiful little cavalier king charles spaniel Bonny.
We are a very social flat, so we love having some friends over for dinner or drinks and love to spend time together watching movies. However, we all do also respect and value our private time.
We are not crazy on cleanliness, but we do have a rota to make sure the flat does still feel like a home.
