Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und geräumig mit seinen 23,5 m2, hat ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne und Klo. Direkt aus dem Fenster hast du Aussicht auf die Weinberge. Zwei riesige Wandschränke bieten genügend Stauraum, sonst wird das Zimmer unmöbliert übergeben.
Neben dem privaten Bereich gibt es sehr viel gemeinsam genutzten Raum: ein schönes großes Wohnzimmer mit Ofen, eine Terrasse, die Küche mit epischer Aussicht (genau die selbe hast du aus deinem Zimmer :), der 200 m2 Garten, die Sauna und die Garage.
The room is bright and spacious with its 24 m2 and has it's own bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. There are two huge wall closets which should offer space for all your stuff, otherwise the room will be without furniture.
Besides your room there are a lot of common areas: a nice big living room with a fireplace, a terrace, the kitchen with an epic view, the 200m2 garden (with veggies :) and as well a sauna and a garage.
Das Haus ist in Nußdorf direkt vor den Weinbergen, mensch ist also mit einem Schritt vor der Haustür schon am perfekten Spazierort angelangt. Die Endstation vom D-Wagen ist ca. 7 min vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad brauchen wir zwischen 15 (Nora), 20 (Elke und Dario) und 60 (Martina + Hundeanhänger+ Hundepipipausen) Minuten ins Stadtzentrum (Schwedenplatz), direkt den Donaukanal lang. Weil Julien immer hinter Martina aufräumen muss, braucht er dann 1h 05m.
The house is in Nußdorf, directly in front of the vineyards. So with only one step out of the door you are at perfect place for a beautiful walk. The terminal station of the D-Tram is about 7 min away from the House. By bike it takes about 20 min to the center along the canal. The time may vary depending on the cyclists. ;)
Hallo ihr lieben Leute,
wir sind auf der Suche nach einer Person, die mit uns gemeinschaftlich wohnen möchten. Wir sind: Elke, Lena und unsere zwei WG Pärchen Julien + Martina und Florent + Laura.
Dann gibt es da noch Ona die Junghündin, die Rennmäuse und den Labradoodle Fred, der uns allerdings nur manchmal besuchen kommt.
Julien und Martina bekommen Mitte Juli ein Baby. Das wird dann auch noch bei uns wohnen (: und wird vorraussichtlich auch bei uns im Haus auf die Welt kommen.
Wir beschäftigen uns mit den unterschiedlichsten Dingen: Solidarische Landwirtschaft, Werken, Computern, Ökosozialem Wandel, Naturschutz, Alexander Technik, Tanz, Theater, Sprachen Themenzentrierte Interaktion, Pferde, Sport, Haustiere, Musik, Malen, Mountainbiken, Biologie, Flora und Fauna- kurz gesagt: mit dem Leben in allen Formen und Farben. Aus gegebenen Anlass natürlich auch noch viel mit Schwangerschaft und Familiengründung.
Uns ist ein gemeinsames Miteinander und gute Kommunikation sehr wichtig. Wir treffen uns ca einmal pro Monat zum Plenum und haben generell eine sehr familiäre WG.
Meistens ist ziemlich viel Leben im Haus, sei es, dass gemeinsam gekocht, gearbeitet, oder im Garten gechillt wird. Natürlich wird auf Rückzugsbedürfnis Rücksicht genommen.
Wir haben gemeinsame Lebensmittel die wir hauptsächlich von der Foodcoop und der Solawi Ochsenherz und Ouvatura bekommen.
Hey everybody,
We - that is: Elke and Lena and our two lovely couples Julien + Martina and Florent +Laura. Not to forget our fourlegged housemates: Ona the young dog, the gerbils and the labradoodle Fred, who just comes to visit us from time to time. Julien and Martina are expecting a baby in July, that will live with us as well and will be hopefully born in our house.
We're a diverse bunch of people interested all kinds of subjects: Ecological and social change, computers, Alexandertechiques, community-supported agriculture, crafting, horses, dance, theatre, languages, nature conservation, sports, pets, music, mountainbiking, drawin flora and fauna. In short life in all its forms and colours. And of course at the moment the topics of pregnancy and starting a family are also quite present.
For us it is important to share and live together.. About once a month we meet for a plenum. Communication is really important to us.
Most of the time there is a lot going on in the house, we cook and work together, play games, chill in the garden. Of course, we also respect the need for privacy.
We have common food which we mostly get from the foodcoop and the csa.
Die 25€ bei sonstige Kosten sind der monatliche Beitrag für die Solawi.
