Das Zimmer ist lichtdurchflutet und hell, durch die automatische Außenjalousie kann man den direkten Sonnenstrahlen und der Hitze jedoch gut entkommen, wenn man das will :) Den Balkon hast du ganz für Dich alleine und kannst ihn auch beliebig nutzen und gestalten wie Du willst.
Der Raum ist Vollmöbliert und sofort Einzugsfähig.
Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, die Wände sind jedoch recht hellhörig, daher ist das Erzeugen lauter Geräusche Nachts den Nachbern zu liebe bitte zu vermeiden ;)
Das gesamte Apartment ist 50 m² groß, jeder Raum ist separat betretbar. Im Apartment enthalten sind Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner (in einem Gerät), Dusche und WC, sowie Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, ein großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach.
Kellerabteil und Fahrradabstellraum sind auch vorhanden. Autogarage gibt es keine, es gibt aber immer einige freie Parkplätze auf der Straße.
D-Straßenbahn 1 Minute entfernt,
Billa Supermarkt & Bahnhof Nussdorf und Bushaltestelle 6 Minuten entfernt.
Es führen mehrere Wanderwege am Haus vorbei, die Weinberge und der Kahlenberg sind super nah.
Kein Stadtlärm, viel Ruhe, viel Natur :)
Zu mir: Ich bin 21 Jahre alt und verbringe die meiste Zeit die ich zuhause bin mit Computerspielen. Ich bin eine eher introvertierte Person also wirst Du mich kaum bemerken. Ich selbst ernähre mich hauptsächlich vegan, bin aber für jeden Lebens- und Ernährungsstil den Du mitbringst offen :)
Zum WG-Leben: Hier steht vieles offen und wir können uns das Zusammenleben so gestalten, wie es für uns am besten passt :) Ich bin eine recht ordentliche Person, komme aber eigentlich mit jeder Art von Lebensstil zurecht, solange nichts schimmelt und stinkt ;)

ROOM
The room is very bright, but thanks to the automatic blinds, you can easily escape the direct sunlight and heat if you wish to :) You have the balcony all to yourself and can use and decorate it as you please.
There is furniture in the room, so you can move in instantly without needing to buy additional furniture or mattresses.
The room is very quiet, but the walls are quite thin, so please try to avoid making loud noises at night to avoid conflict with neighbours ;)
The entire apartment is 50 m² big, and each room can be entered separately. The apartment includes a dishwasher, a washing machine and laundry dryer (combined in one appliance), a shower and a toilet, as well as a stove, an oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator and a freezer.
We also have a cellar compartment and a bicycle storage room. There is no car garage, but there are usually a few free parking spaces on the street.
LOCATION
The "D" Tram is 1 minute away,
Billa supermarket & Nussdorf train station and bus stop are 6 minutes away.
There are several hiking trails passing by the house, and the "Weinberge" and "Kahlgenberg" are very close too.
It's very calm and quiet, no city noise, and lots of nature :)
SHARED LIVING
About me: I'm 21 years old and spend most of my time at home playing computer games. I'm more of an introverted person, so you'll hardly notice me. I'm vegan, but I'm open to any lifestyle and dietary choices you bring with you :)
About living together: We can implement whichever rules we see fit to benefit our coexistence :) I'm a fairly tidy person, but I'm fine with whichever lifestyle you bring along, as long as nothing gets moldy or smelly ;)
