Hallo!
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner für zwei Monate (Februar-März) mit der Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung.
Die Wohnung ist zufuß ca 4 Minuten von der Station Heiligenstadt U4 und ca 2 Minuten von der Straßenbahn (D-Wagen). Mit der U-Bahn braucht man ca 15 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Ein Billa ist gleich in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2.Stock. Lift ist vorhanden :) Es gibt eine Waschküche, einen Keller und ein Swimmingpool auf dem Dach (jetzt im Winter ist dieser geschlossen). Die Wohnung hat einen Blick in den Innenhof und nicht auf die Straße. In der Wohnung befindet sich auch ein großer Kasten in dem man viele Klamotten verstauen kann.
Das Möbel wird im Zimmer (11m2) bleiben. Der Mietpreis wäre 380 € inkl Betriebskosten, Strom, Heizung und Warmwasser, Haushaltsversicherung und WLAN.
Haustiere sind nach Absprache mit Hauptmieter möglich :)
Der Mitbewohner ist berufstätiger Student Felix aus Wien und ist 27 J.a. Felix ist ganz lockerer Typ und ist oft nicht zu Hause.

I'm searching for a new flatmate from March to April with the possibility of extension.
The apartment is about 4 minutes walk from the station Heiligenstadt U4 and about 2 minutes from the tram station (D-tram). By subway it takes you about 15 minutes to the city center. A grocery store Billa is nearby.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Elevator is in the house as well :) There is a laundry room, a cellar and a swimming pool on the roof (now in winter it is closed). The apartment has a view into the courtyard. In the apartment there is also a big closet in which you can store a lot of clothes.
The furniture will remain in the room (11m2). The rent would be 380 € including operating costs, electricity, heating and hot water, household insurance and wifi.
Pets are possible after consultation with main tenant :)
You will share a flat with a guy named Felix. He is 27 years old, from Vienna, where he studies and works. Felix is quite easy-going and is often not at home due to his studies and work.
