Hey :)
We are looking for 2 new roommates in our great 5-people WG near Spittelau from 15th of April. Would be ideal if you can move in on that time and not much later, cause that's exactly when rooms get free.
Each room is 12sqm; all five rooms of the flat are identical. You can see different room layouts on the pics, but how you design yours is up to you. In the room you will already have a set of furniture from the landlord: a bed, a closet, a chair and a desk, and these have to stay there. The rooms are connected with our beloved hallway/living room with a sagging sofa and a beer pong option. Toilet and bathroom are of course there, and even luxurously separate. The room costs monthly 320€ including everything (water, gas, heating and internet).
In the building we have 3 more WGs, and the rest are doctors and offices. Thus, you can be a little louder from time to time without getting stress from sensitive neighbors. A bicycle cellar and a garage are available. And the biggest highlight is a huge semi-legal roof terrace accessible via a fire escape from the window (with a view of the Hundertwasser Tower!)
The apartment is directly at Heiligenstädter Straße, close to U6 and U4 Spittelau station (5 min. walk), as well as S-Bahn and D tram line. We have very nice parks parks and the Danube Canal within the walking distance. In addition, you can walk from the apartment through the 19th to the Kahlenberg, with many Heurigen and super nice hiking trails.
You will live with Stefano, Miruna, and Max. Stefano is from Guatemala, studies IBWL and is being an unbeatable salsa dancer in his free time. Miruna is embracing life in her full silk kimono. And Max is from Germany, he studies biology and is a creative guitar player. Describing people is very difficult, so meet us and make impression yourself :)
Our living together is very pleasant and is by no means a purpose-based flatshare. Everybody do their thing, but we love to gather from time to time for a nice kitchen chat, cooking, drinks, partying, etc. Alles kann, nichts muss 🏄🏄
