Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Wohnheims Zimmer im zweiten Bezirk. Das Zimmer wäre frei ab dem 15. März. Nach Wunsch auch ab dem 1. April.
Das Zimmer hat 12 qm und ist möbliert. Das Wohnheim verfügt über einen Fitnessraum, eine Sauna, Musikproberäume, Fahrradgarage, einen Tischtennisraum, einen Partyraum im Untergeschoss und Gemeinschaftsküchen auf jeder Etage mit Balkon. Sämtliche Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, Internet) sind im Preis inbegriffen.
Bei dem Zimmer handelt es sich um ein Zimmer der Kategorie B4 im Studentenheim Vorgartenstraße.

Das Zimmer befindet sich im dritten Stock und ist offiziell mit 12 Quadratmetern beworben. Es gibt eine Toilette, ein Badezimmer und eine kleine Küche die mit einer weiteren Person geteilt wird. Du hast einen eigenen Kühlschrank im Zimmer sowie einen geteilten Kühlschrank im Vorraum. Insgesamt kommt man zu zweit auf eine Fläche von 39 Quadratmeter.
Die Gemeinschaftsküche hat Zugang zu zwei Balkonen. Der Balkon ist zur Sonne hingewandt weshalb es wahrscheinlich schon jetzt teilweise möglich ist draußen zu essen.
Das Zimmer ist größer als die anderen Zimmer im Wohnheim, was den Vorteil hat, dass es einen sehr großen Schreibtisch (1,9 m lang) hat. Die Fensterfront gibt Ihnen auch viel natürliches Licht. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gibt es keine Gebäude.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl und Hängeregalen möbliert.
I am looking for a next tenant for my dorm room in the second district. The room will be available from 15th of March. Moving in on the 1st of April would also be possible.
The room has 12 square meter and is furnished. The dormitory has a fitness room, a sauna, music rehearsal rooms, bike garage, a table tennis room, a party room in the basement and communal kitchens on each floor with balconies. All costs (electricity, heating, internet) are included in the price.
The room is a category B4 room in the Vorgartenstrasse dormitory.

The room is located on the third floor and officially advertised as 12 square meters. There is a toilet, a bathroom and a small kitchen that will be shared with one other person. You have a private fridge in the room as well as a shared fridge in the anteroom.In total, two people have an area of 39 square meters.
The shared kitchens have access to two balconies. The balconies are facing the sun, so it should probably be possible to eat outside as early as April.
The room is larger than the other rooms in the dorm, which has the advantage of having a very large desk (1.9m long). The window front also gives you a lot of natural light. There no buildings on the opposite side of the street.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Viertel ist neu und sehr gepflegt.
Sowohl WU als auch VIC sind bequem mit Bus bzw. U-Bahn zuerreichen.
Die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr ist super einfach, die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist keine 250 Meter entfernt und bringt Sie in 5 Minuten zum Praterstern. Darüber hinaus ist die U-Bahnstation Vorgartenstraße zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Busse der Linie 11 fahren 300 m von der Haustür entfernt los und gehen direkt zum Handelskai oder zum Stadion. Der Flughafen ist bequem mit der S7 vom Praterstern aus zu erreichen.
Billa, Hofer, Bipa und Eurospar sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar.
Großer Vorteil der Lage ist die Nähe zur Donau und du kannst bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zur Donauinsel fahren. Die Donauinsel ist der perfekte Ort zum Joggen, Schwimmen oder Spazieren gehen.

WU can easily be reached by bus. VIC is only two subway stops away.
The connection to local transport is super easy, the next tram stop is less than 250 meters away and takes you to the Praterstern in 5 minutes. In addition, the Vorgartenstraße subway station is within walking distance and the number 11 buses depart 300 m from the dorm and goes directly to Handelskai or the Stadium. The Airport can be easily reached by S7 from Praterstern.
Billa, Hofer, Bipa and Eurospar are all in walking distance.
The big advantage of the location is the closeness Danube and you can easily walk or take the bike to the Danube Island. The Danube Island is the perfect to location to go for a run, swim or go for a walk.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, mit gemeinsamer Küche, Toilette und Bad.
Doch das meiste Leben spielt sich aber in der Gemeinschaftsküche ab, wo Menschen unterschiedlicher Nationalitäten zusammenkommen.
Mein Mitbewohner wird demnächst ebenfalls ausziehen. Solltet ihr zu zweit sein kann ich mich gerne erkundigen ob ihr zusammen wohnen könnt.

But most of life takes place in the communal kitchen, where people with different nationalities come together.
My roommate will also be moving out soon. If there are two of you, I can ask if you can live together.
Wer ein internationales Umfeld sucht wird hier fündig. Grade zum Ankommen in Wien ist es super hilfreich um Leute kennenzlernen.
Ich selbst bin vor 2 1/2 Jahren nach Wien gekommen und kannte niemanden hier. Durch das Wohnheim habe ich einige meiner besten Freunde kennen gelernt und würde die Erfahrung nicht missen wollen

I came to Vienna myself 2 1/2 years ago and didn't know anyone here. I met some of my best friends through the dorm and wouldn't want to have missed this experience.
