First I would like to point out the amazing Augarten (was actually the reason I moved here:-D). Emmanuel moved in some days ago coming from Berlin now looking for work (Barista, Cook from Buenos Aires).
I've been living her with some breaks inbetween since 13 years, meanwhile I underwent a vocational training in occupational therapy, worked in that field, then finished a school for photography, entered Vienna's Academy of fine arts and now I'm into preparation for my diplomas in fine arts and cultural studies. So mostly I'm at home or at university:D
Means I need a mostly quiet and calm as well as respectfull interaction to have a productive time at home during my writing process until my final exam in october.
The socializing happens mostly in the kitchen, you can join whenever you want, having coffee or a beer with us, feel welcome. Currently we don't cook together and don't share food regularly, this stays flexible as we get to know each other and depends on the dynamics:)
Emmanuel is eating mixed, I am vegan.
We are into waste-seperating collectively, please do so too;)
Currently we run a monthly schedule for cleaning but open for alternative strategies, if you would like to suggest! Beeing not picky but a solid cleanlinesss is appreciated by each of us!
If any conflicts occur, we appreciate an open way of discussion, a solid culture of communication, to discuss our sometimes different needs to find a proper solution together so everyone feels comfortable
CONTRACT
A regular Contract will be done, Meldezettel and any other help is provided if you are in need of information eg. looking for a job, or anything. We help each other if wanted!
Maincontract runs until August 2025, with option to prolong.
SMOKING
As I stopped smoking half a year ago I prefer running the kitchen smokefree!
The less the better but if neccessarily needed, in your room you have 100% liberty doing what you like to;)
COVID
Some personal information in advance. As not having catched Covid yet and as I have unfortunately an individual high risk of getting long covid and severe course -- due to some health issues - despite beeing vaccinated - I won't spend too much time sitting together or other common activities indoor (not overreacting, simply reasonable and based on my very own individual medical facts). As my health issues will get better next months, I can't wait not beeing in need of this self-chosen-risk-reduction-compromise anymore:):):)
