Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für ein Jahr ab August, da ich ein Erasmus-Auslandsjahr im Rahmen meines Studiums mache.
Das Zimmer ist wie man auf den Fotos sieht sehr geräumig und hell und hat einen schönen Blick in den Innenhof.
Unsere WG hat drei gleich große Zimmer (ca. 20m²), ein ca. 12 m² großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Couch, Küche, Gang, Bad, Klo & Abstellkammer. Sie ist im obersten Stockwerk und alle Fenster gehen in den Innenhof.

I am renting out my room for a year from August as I am doing an Erasmus year abroad as part of my studies.
As you can see in the pictures, the room is very spacious and bright and has a nice view into the courtyard.
Our shared flat has three rooms of the same size (approx. 20 m²), a living room of approx. 12 m² with dining table and couch, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, toilet and storage room. It is on the top floor and all windows face the courtyard.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Gaußplatz im 20. Bezirk und man ist in einer Minute im Augarten zum entspannen, sporteln oder Freund:innen treffen. In 5 Minuten ist man beim Donaukanal zum spazieren oder fortgehen.
Direkt am Gaußplatz gibt es Bus- und Straßenbahnverbindungen und zu den U-Bahnen U4 und U6 geht man ~7-10 Minuten.
Ich habe ein Stadtrad, dass ich auch herborgen könnte.
The apartment is located directly on Gaußplatz in the 20th district and you can go to the nearby Augarten in a minute to relax, do sports or meet friends. In 5 minutes you are at the Donaukanal for a walk or to go out at night.
There are bus and tramway connections directly at Gaußplatz and the U4 and U6 subway lines are ~7-10 minutes away.
I have a city bike that I could also lend you.
Wir sind drei Freundinnen und kennen uns schon seit der Volkschule. Wir sind alle Studentinnen und haben daher keine fixen Arbeitszeiten, oft entstehen spontan Kochabende oder Frühstücksbrunchs oder wir machen gemeinsam Yoga im Park. Natürlich gibts auch hin und wieder intensive Lerntage (oder Nächte) in denen wir uns ausschließlich von Nudeln mit Pesto ernähren. Ansonsten wird aber gern zusammen vegetarisch gekocht!
1. Mitbewohnerin - Leonie, 25:
Studiert Landschaftsplanung und -Architektur auf der Boku und ist im Endspurt vom Bachelor. Danach will sie im Master ein Auslandssemester in Südamerika machen, das sie schon mehrmals ausgiebig bereist hat. Sie ist sehr sozial und gesprächig, macht gern Yoga (zb im Augarten), hört laut Musik und geht gern ins Theater oder Museum.
2. Mitbewohnerin - Susi, 28:
Wird ebenfalls im August einziehen und ersetzt unseren bisherigen Mitbewohner. Sie schreibt gerade ihre Masterarbeit in Umweltpädagogig und arbeitet nebenbei für einen kleinen Verein im umwelt-sozialen Bereich. Mit ihr kann man stundenlang über alle möglichen Themen reden und diskutieren, sie ist sehr umweltbewusst und -interessiert und besucht gerne die vielfältigen kulturellen Angebote, die Wien zu bieten hat.
We are three friends and have known each other since primary school. We are all students and therefore don't have fixed working hours, so we often have spontaneous cooking evenings or breakfast brunches or we do yoga together in the park. Of course, every now and then there are also intensive study days (or nights) when we only eat pasta with pesto. Otherwise, we like to cook vegetarian meals together!
1st flatmate - Leonie, 25:
Studies landscape planning and architecture at Boku and is in the final spurt of her Bachelor's degree. Afterwards she wants to do a semester abroad in South America for her Master's degree, which she has already traveled to extensively several times. She is very social and talkative, likes to do yoga (e.g. in Augarten), listens to loud music and likes to go to the theater or museums.
2nd flatmate - Susi, 28:
Will also be moving in in August and replaces our previous flatmate. She is currently writing her Master's thesis in environmental education and works part-time for a small association in the environmental-social field. You can talk and discuss all kinds of topics with her for hours, she is very environmentally conscious and interested and enjoys visiting the many cultural events that Vienna has to offer.
