- 5 / 33: 5 min walk

Zur Hauptuni braucht man mit den Öffis ungefähr 20 bis 25 Minuten. Mit dem Rad ist man natürlich schneller.
Es gibt in der nächsten Umgebung (alle maximal 5 Minuten entfernt) Lidl, BIPA, Hofer (=Aldi), Billa und Penny. Einen ETSAN gibts praktisch unter der Haustür.
Den Donaukanal kann man innerhalb von 3 min erreichen. Mit der U6 ist man auch schnell auf der Donauinsel.

It takes 20-25 minutes to reach the university's main building if you travel by public transport. If you take the bike you'll be there quicker.
In a walking distance of max. 5 minutes there is a Lidl, a BIPA, a Hofer (=Aldi), a Billa, and a Penny. There's a supermarket called ETSAN right underneath the house.
You can reach the Donaukanal in 3 minutes. If you travel with the U6 you can reach the Donauinsel quickly too.

Ich bin Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin und arbeite Vollzeit. In der Wg wohn ich seit September und bin immer wieder gern für Tratsch da. Ob ein Ratschlag oder ein offenes Ohr, dafür nehm ich mir gerne Zeit. Ausgehen und Partys sind nicht immer mein Ding aber für paar Gläschen Wein immer dabei!
Die WG ist ein Safe space und immer super als Rückzugsort aber es freut mich auch Mal gemeinsam zu kochen, gemeinsam frühstücken oder backen.

Etwas zu Lexi: Ich bin Lexi, 21 Jahre alt und studiere Soziologie. Ich bin viel unterwegs und extrovertiert, weshalb ich Zuhause dann mal meine soziale Energie auftanke. Trotzdem ist es mir wichtig, dass wir in der WG ab und zu was gemeinsam unternehmen, gemeinsam was kochen oder Filme schauen. Ich bin auch ziemlich gesprächig und freu mich, wenn mir meine Mitbewohnis von deren Tag erzählen, wenn sie Lust darauf haben :).

Die Wohnung ist für größere Parties leider nicht ideal, aber es kommen auf jeden Fall öfters Leute vorbei.

Für die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung haben wir das bis jetzt mit einem Putzplan geregelt, möchten den auf jeden Fall weiter beibehalten! Kommunikation ist uns super wichtig.

You are going to live with Mary and Lexi.

Mary: hello!
I am a nurse working full time at the icu. I've been living in the flat since September and always up for a chat or philosophical discussion. Whether it's advice or a sympathetic ear, I'm happy to make time for that. Going out and partying is not really my thing, but I'm always up for a few glasses of wine!
The flat is a safe space and always great as a retreat, but I also enjoy cooking , having breakfast or baking together.

So some stuff about Lexi: I'm Lexi, I'm 21 years old and I study sociology. I'm a very extroverted person and I'm always running around town, so I take the time at home to recharge my social batteries. Still, it's important to me that we can sometimes hang out in the WG, for example by watching a movie or cooking together. I'm also pretty talkative and I'm always happy when my flatmates tell me about their day (if they feel like it, of course).


The flat sadly isn't apt for bigger parties but in any case, people will come by to hang out.

To keep the flat clean we implemented a cleaning plan, I definitely want to keep that up. Communication is super important to me.

The flat wasn't built to be super accessible for wheelchair users, I'm afraid. But there are no stairs in the flat itself and we do have a lift.
