16 m^2 beim U6/S-Bahnhof-Handelskai in 2er WG (2 person flat-share)

Die Wohnung liegt nahe einem Verkehrsknotenpunkt. Im Haus ist es stehts sehr ruhig, die Nachbar:innen sind nicht zu hören. Bis Mittag scheint die Sonne in die Wohnung, danach bleibt es weiterhin hell. Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle (11a, 11b, 5a) und 5 Gehminuten entfernt der Bahnhof Handelskai (S-Bahn Stammstrecke, S45, U6). Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Wohnung zirka 20 Minuten von der Hauptuni entfernt und die Donauinsel in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die naheliegende Millenium-City und andere nahe Geschäfte bieten alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im Haus befindet sich ein Zahnarzt, mein Hausarzt ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Lorenz-Böhler-Unfallkrankenhaus ist gleich weit weg.

The Flat is located close to a public transport hub. Is always quiet in the house, you cant hear the neighbors. Until noon the flat gets direct sunlight, after that it stays bright inside. In front of the house is a bus stop (11a, 11b, 5a) and 5 minutes on foot away is the train-/subway-station Handelskai (main train line, S45, U6). The university of Vienna is reachable in circa 20 minutes on bike, the Danube-island in 10 minutes. A close by Mall and many other close by stores offer a variety of shopping facilities. There is a dentist in the same building, by physician is in 10 minutes walking distance. The nearest hospital equally far away.

Hey, ich bin Peter, 23 und studiere Soziologie an der Uni Wien. Ich ernähre mich vegetarisch und wünsche mir das auch von meinem zukünftigen Mitbewohni. Über gemeinsames oder abwechselndes Kochen und gemeinsame Unternehmungen mit dir würde ich mich freuen. Ich bin ruhig, koche (vegan&schraf) und musiziere gerne. Politisch bin ich links und queer-feministisch eingestellt, hoffentlich sind wir uns da ähnlich :). Unterwegs bin ich fast ausschließlich mit dem Fahrrad und rette gerne Lebensmittel. Außerdem bin auch in der Studienvertretung aktiv. In meiner Freizeit geh ich gerne Klettern oder auf Konzerte, kümmere mich um meine Pflanzen, bastle und nähe und ich spiele sehr gerne Kartenspiele.

Das WG-Leben ist auch durch meine beiden Katzen Lilith und Eve geprägt. Sie sind 3 Jahre alte Zwillinge aus dem Tierheim, sehr neugierig und verspielt (außerdem ein bisschen doof).
Ich würde mir von dir wünschen, dass wir uns die Verantwortung und Arbeit bezüglich der Katzen aufteilen. Das bedeutet Füttern, Katzenklo-Ausmisten, Spielen und Kuscheln. Sie gewöhnen sich schnell an neue Leute und lieben es mit ihren Mitbewohni abzuhängen (also uns!)
Mein vorheriger Mitbewohner Roman hat dieses Jahr seine Ausbildung beendet und hat jetzt eine eigene Wohnung. Wir waren/sind befreundet und ich würde mir auch eine gute Beziehung zu dir wünschen.

I would be happy about joint or alternating cooking and joint activities with you. I'm quiet, like to cook(vegan&spicy) and to play music. In my free time i like to go climbing or on concerts, taking care of my plants, to do some sewing/diy and playing card games.

My two cats, Lilith and Eve, also shape the flat share life. They are 3 year old shelter twins, very curious and playful (also a bit goofy). I would like us to share the work and responsibilities for the cats. That means feeding, cleaning out the litter box, playing and cuddling. They get used to new people easily and love to hang out with there roomies (thats us!)
My previous roommate, Roman, finished his education this year and now has his own apartment. We were/are friends and I would also like to have a good relationship with you.
