Ab November wird in usnerer 3er WG mein 14qm großes Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist dadurch im Sommer perfekt gekühlt. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster in den grünen Innenhof des Hauses und ist daher sehr ruhig. Ich hatte derei wundervolle Jahre in der WG und werde Wien leider verlassen und somit auch auch mein Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist deshalb unmöbliert. Es hat eine hohe Decke und ist weiß gestrichen.
From July to September, my 14 sqm room in the 3-person shared flat is available. The flat is on the ground floor and is therefore pleasantly cool in summer. The room has a large window facing the green courtyard of the house and is therefore very quiet. I had three wonderful years in the WG and will unfortunately leave Vienna and thus also my room. The room is therefore unfurnished. It has a high ceiling and is painted white.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitengasse der Klosterneuburgerstraße und damit bist Du in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß bei vielen Lebensmittelgeschäften und Drogeriemärkten (Lidl 3min, Penny 3min, Billa 5min, Etsan 4min, Bipa 3min...). Der Hannovermarkt ist auch um die Ecke. Dort kannst Du täglich Obst und Gemüse kaufen und viele leckere Imbisse ausprobieren. Erholung im Grünen ist auch gleich um die Ecke, denn der Donaukanal ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt und in 10min bist Du im Augarten. Außerdem bist Du mit der U-Bahn oder dem Fahrrad in 10min auf der Donauinsel. Die Haltestellen U6 Jägerstraße erreichst du zu Fuß in 5 min die U4 Friedensbrücke in 10min und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Gerhardusgasse ist nur 1min entfernt.
The flat is located in a side street of the Klosterneuburgerstraße and therefore you can reach many grocery shops and drugstores (Lidl 3min, Penny 3min, Billa 5min, Etsan 4min, Bipa 3min...) in a few minutes by foot. The Hannovermarkt is also around the corner. You can buy fruit and vegetables there every day and try out many delicious snacks. Green space is also just nearby, as the Danube Canal is a 5-minute walk away and in 10 minutes you can be in the Augarten. You can also reach the Danube Island by U-Bahn or bike in 10 minutes. The U6 Jägerstraße stop is a 5-minute walk away, the U4 Friedensbrücke stop is 10 minutes away and the Gerhardusgasse tram stop is only 1 minute away.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Louis (20) und Bob (21). Louis studiert seit einem Jahr Politikwissenschaften und Bob seit einem Jahr Tourismusmanagment in Wien. Beide sind mit Nebenjobs und Studium viel unterwegs. Deshalb ist es wichtig sich zuhause dann wohlzufühlen. Dazu haben wir einen entspannten Putzplan den wir versuchen einzuhalten. In der Küche und im Kühlschrank teilen wir viele Dinge und setzten vor allem auf gute Kommunikation. Gemeinsames Essen teilen und zusammen in der Küche essen wenn mal alle zuhause sind ist auch drin. Dabei gibts spannende politische Diskussionen mit Louis und bereichernde Geschichten von Bob über seine zahlreichen Reisen und das viele Wissen über Sehenswürdigkeiten aus der ganzen Welt.
You live together with Louis (20) and Bob (21). Louis has been studying political science for a year and Bob has been studying tourism in Vienna for a year. Both are on the road a lot with part-time jobs and studies and travels. Therefore it is important to feel comfortable at home. That's why we have a relaxed cleaning schedule which we try to keep. In the kitchen and the fridge we share a lot of things and focus on good communication. Sharing food and eating together in the kitchen when everyone is at home is also part of it. There are exciting political discussions with Louis and enriching stories from Bob about his numerous trips and the knowledge about sights from around the world.
Im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist voll ausgestttet und hat eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Im Keller kannst Du ein Fahrrad abstellen. Die Kosten setzten sich aus der Miete den Nebenkosten für Strom und Gas und dem Internet zusammen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktioniert sehr gut und er ist sehr hilfsbereit.
