Ich vermiete mein gemütliches Zimmer mit Hochbett ab dem 1. März für 5 Monate, da ich ein Auslandssemester mache. Das Zimmer ist inklusive Hochbettbereich ca. 16 m2 groß. Du erhältst das komplett möblierte Zimmer, einschließlich sogar Luftmatratze und einen Ventilator für den Sommer :). Im Hochbettbereich steht dir ein TV mit HDMI-Kabel für gemütliche Filmabende bereit. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich umfasst eine Küche und ein geräumiges Badezimmer. Die Küche ist zwar ziemlich klein, aber es gibt immer genug Platz für uns drei. Wir haben auch eine Spülmaschine und viele Küchengeräte:)
I am subletting my cozy room with a loft bed for 5 months from March 1st as I am going for a semester abroad. The room about 16 m2 including the loft bed area. You will get the fully furnished room including air mattress and a fan for the summer:). In the loft bed area there is a TV with HDMI cable for cozy movie evenings. Common area includes a kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is pretty small, but there is always enough space for the 3 of us. We also have a dishwasher and many kitchen appliances:)
5 Minuten Fußweg zu U4 Friedebsbrücke, gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus. Schöne Stadtteil in der Nähe Donaukanals.

Du teilst das WG mit eine PhD Studentin an der CEU Monika aus der Slowakei und einer Masterstudentin an der CEU Sasha aus der Ukraine. Das Kommunikationssprache ist hauptsächlich Englisch. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt, manchmal pladuern wir beim Kochen des Abendessens über unseren Tag, aber es besteht kein Druck, miteinander zu interagieren, da wir alle den persönlichen Raum schätzen :) Die Geräuschisolierung in der Wohnung ist wirklich gut, in der Regel hört man nie, was passiert in den anderen Zimmern. Sowohl Monika als auch Sasha arbeiten und beschäftigen sich mit dem Studium viel, daher bevorzugen wir eine ruhigere und friedlichere Wohnung.
You will share a flat with a PhD student at CEU Monika from Slovakia and a Master student at CEU Sasha from Ukraine. The atmosphere is very chill, we sometimes chat about our day while making dinner, but no pressure to interact with each other as we all value personal space:) Sound isolation in the flat is really good, as a rule you never hear what is going on the other rooms. Both Monika and Sasha work and study a lot, so we prefer the flat to be on a quieter and more peaceful side.
