Bei uns wird ab Mitte April/Anfang Mai ein 14m² großes WG-Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, da es Richtung Innenhof schaut und liegt Nord-östlich und man wird morgens von der Sonne geweckt (wenn man mit Vorhang offen schläft ;-) ). Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert übergeben (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch). Wir haben eine große helle Wohnküche, wo genug Platz zum Yoga-machen ist und eine große Couch, die sich perfekt für Filmabende eignet. Ein groooßer Pluspunkt ist sie Lage, da man wirklich in 5 Minuten auf der Donauinsel ist. Da kann man super spazieren, joggen, schwimmen etc.
Der Preis fürs Zimmer beträgt 512,20€ kalt, hinzukommen ungefähr 57 € Nebenkosten (Heizung & Warmwasser, Strom, Wlan, Haushaltsversicherung).
Für die ausziehende Person wäre es super, wenn du die Möbel im Zimmer übernehmen magst. Die Ablöse inkludiert aber auch deinen Anteil im Wohnzimmer (Sofa, Couch, Regale, Tisch usw.) und beträgt 500 €. Die Kaution beträgt 1.000 €.

We will have a 14m² room available in our shared apartment starting mid-April/early May. The room is very quiet as it faces the inner courtyard. The room comes partially furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk). We have a spacious, bright kitchen-living room combo, with plenty of space for yoga and a large couch perfect for movie nights. A huge plus is the location, as you can reach the Donau Insel in just 5 minutes, ideal for walks, jogging, swimming, etc.
The rent for the room is €512.20 per month, with approximately €57 additional costs (heating & hot water, electricity, Wi-Fi, household insurance).
It would be great if you're interested in taking over the furniture in the room. However, the takeover fee also includes your share of the living room (sofa, couch, shelves, table, etc.), and amounts to €500. The caution money is €1,000.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Donau und 3 Minuten Gehweg entfernt von der U6 und S-Bahnstation Handelskai. Der Friedrich-Engels-Platz ist 3 Minuten zufuß erreichbar, dort fahren die 33, 31 und die 2. Man erreicht also easy innerhalb von wenigen Minuten die inneren Bezirke. Supermärkte (Billa Plus, Penny, Hofer, Lidl, DM, BIPA) liegen sehr nahe an der Wohnung, außerdem befindet sich die Millennium City nebenan, wo es viele Shops und Restaurants gibt.
The apartment is right by the Donau and a 3-minute walk from the U6 and S-Bahn station Handelskai. Friedrich-Engels-Platz is a 3-minute walk away, where you can catch the 33, 31, and 2 trams. This means you can easily reach the inner districts within minutes. Supermarkets (Billa Plus, Penny, Hofer, Lidl, DM, BIPA) are very close by, and Millennium City is nearby, offering many shops and restaurants.
Kurz etwas zu uns: Vale und ich, Lea, wohnen schon seit knapp 4 Jahren in der Wohnung und kennen uns bereits aus der Schulzeit. Die Wohnung ist also keine Zweck-WG, gerne machen wir WG-Abende und kochen gemeinsam und müssen nicht selbst abspülen, weil wir eine Spülmaschine haben!! Vale (23) ist gerade im Master in Ernährungswissenschaften und ich (23) studiere Soziale Arbeit an der FH. :) wir laden gerne ab und zu ein paar Freund*innen ein oder schauen einfach ganz relaxed Greys Anatomy haha.
Wir legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und haben daher einen groben Putzplan. Darüber hinaus ist uns ein respektvoller, fairer und transparenter Umgang miteinander sehr wichtig.
A little about us: Vale and I, Lea, have been living in the apartment for almost 4 years and have known each other since school. We enjoy spending the evening and cooking together sometimes. aaand we don't have to do the dishes ourselves because we have a dishwasher! Vale (23) is currently studying for a master's degree in nutritional sciences, and I (23) am studying social work at the FH. 🙂 We occasionally invite friends over or just relax while watching Grey's Anatomy haha. We place great importance on cleanliness and have a cleaning schedule. Additionally, a respectful, fair, and transparent interaction with each other is essential to us.
Im Haus gibt es mehrere Fahrradabstellräume und auch einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner (Waschmaschine haben wir aber auch in der Wohnung). Es gibt auch ein Kellerabteil.

The building has multiple bike storage rooms and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (though we also have a washing machine in the apartment). There's also a storage unit in the basement.
