Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 Quadratmeter groß und voll möbliert ( Schreibtisch, Bett, Couch, und ein eingebauter Schrank ).
Wir haben einen großen Vorraum, ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen chilligen Balkon und eine Retro Küche mit Waschmaschine aber keinen Geschirrspüler (nur als Info, falls das für wen mega wichtig ist...).
In unserem Wohnzimmer stehen ganz viele Pflanzen und eine große grüne Couch und ein großer Tisch, der für sämtliche Abendessen, keinere Parties oder ähnliches, super ist!
Unser Bad und Klo sind getrennt, was auch angenehm ist in einer 4er WG. Der Balkon ist mega chillig zum frühstücken oder am Abend für ein Bierchen.
The room is approximately 14 square meters in size and fully furnished (desk, bed, couch, and a built-in wardrobe). We have a large hallway, a spacious living room, a cozy balcony, and a retro kitchen with a washing machine but no dishwasher (just as an FYI, in case that's super important to anyone...).
In our living room, there are lots of plants, a big green couch, and a large table that's great for all sorts of dinners, small parties, or similar gatherings! Our bathroom and toilet are separate, which is also convenient in a 4-person flatshare. The balcony is super chill for breakfast or for enjoying a beer in the evening.

Die Lage ist super cool. Man ist mim Rad in 15min in der Innenstadt, in 3 min beim Augarten und in 10min auf der Donauinsel. Bei der Hauptuni, WU und BOKU ist man auch überall schnell, also für die meisten Orte in Wien ganz gut gelegen. Die U4 ist in der Nähe und die U6 auch. Die straßenbahnhaltestelle 5 und der Bus 5A sind beide innerhalb von 5min erreichbar.
The location is super cool. You can reach the city center by bike in 15 minutes, the Augarten in 3 minutes, and the Donauinsel in 10 minutes. It's also quick to get to the main university, WU, and BOKU, so it's pretty well located for most places in Vienna. The U4 and U6 are nearby, and the tram stop 5 and bus 5A are both within a 5-minute walk.

Nachdem ich jetzt ca. ein Jahr ins Ausland gehen werde, suchen wir eine Person die mein möbliertes Zimmer für diesen Zeitraum übernimmt!
Du würdest zusammen mit 3 wundervollen Menschen leben:
Daria: Halb Wienerin, halb Italienerin, begeisterte Spikeball- Nationalteamspielerin. Sie ist immer zum quatschen zu haben, bewirbt sich grad für mehrere Master, wo sie noch nicht genau weiß ob sie in Wien bleibt. Wenn sie nicht grad in einer Pizzeria arbeitet, ist sie am sportln oder läd auch gern mal ein paar von ihren Freunden zum essen ein :)
Damian: urspünglich aus Deutschland, studiert auf der Boku seinen Bachelor Agrarwissenschaften und baut derzeit zusammen mit seiner Freundin Alma auch selbst Gemüse im BOKU Feld an.
Elias: gelernter Gärtner aus Oberösterreich, der sind unglaublich gut mit pflanzen auskennt, studiert jetzt auf der BOKU Landschaftsplanung und ist sonst gern auf Latinoparties unterwegs und spricht gerne Spanisch und Portugiesisch.
Wir versuchen uns alle möglichst nachhaltig zu ernähren. Generell Nachhaltigkeit ist uns allen wichtig.
Since I'll be going abroad for about a year, we're looking for someone to take over my furnished room for this period! You'd be living with 3 wonderful people:
Daria: Half Viennese, half Italian, enthusiastic Spikeball national team player. She's always up for a chat, currently applying for several master's programs where she's not sure yet if she'll stay in Vienna. When she's not working in a pizzeria, she's either doing sports or enjoying inviting a few friends over for dinner :)
Damian: Originally from Germany, studying for his bachelor's in agricultural sciences at BOKU and currently growing vegetables with his girlfriend Alma in the BOKU fields.
Elias: Trained gardener from Upper Austria, incredibly knowledgeable about plants, now studying landscape planning at BOKU and enjoys attending Latino parties and speaking Spanish and Portuguese.
We all try to eat as sustainably as possible. Sustainability, in general, is important to all of us.

Bitte kontaktiere mich nur, wenn du das Zimmer wie es ist übernehmen kannst, also das alle meine Möbel im Zimmer bleiben!
Und wenn möglich das ganze Jahr bleiben kannst, oder 4 monate von Mitte Mai bis September /Oktober und wer anderer könnte dann das Zimmer für den restlichen Zeitraum übernehmen..
