Hello there:))
An approximately 12m² room will be rented from 1st of June (I'm open to suggestions on any other move in dates! 1st of July for example).
You'll live with us close to Donau, in your cozy room with public transport options in 3-5 minutes by foot.
The room comes with standard student room equipment: bed, wardrobe, desk, lamp, shelf and bin. Also, blankets, pillow and mattress topper without any additional cost.
The room's window faces the street, allowing enough sunlight during day. Blinds and curtains are also good enough to block the sunlight if needed. Since the walls are thick, there is no noise from the neighbours or flatmates nor heating loss :)
We have a shared kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave etc., a shared dining area next to it.
Also there are two separate bathrooms, in the bigger bathroom there is the washing machine and a separate toilet inside of it.

The flat's location is fantastic!
Trams, metros and busses can be reached in minutes by foot!
Trams 1, 5, 31 and 33 in 2 minutes, U4 Friedensbrücke in 6 minutes, and U6 Jägerstraße in 10 minutes by foot.
Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof is also 10 minutes by foot.
There are 3 Billa, 2 Penny, 2 Hofer, 1 Lidl and 2 Spar branches in the area. Billa, Penny and Hofer are in the immediate vicinity. Lidl, Billa Plus and Spar around the area approximately 8 minutes by foot. Also there are many restaurants, bakeries and pharmacies just around the corner.
As a plus, you can reach in 5 minutes to Donaukanal for nice walks and/or runs with its perfect scene. Especially during the summer, Donaukanal would invite you for getting a drink in some of the bars or cafés alongside of it.
Also you can reach Augarten under 10 minutes by foot!

The flat is very multicultural, you'll have German, and Indonesian flatmates.
You can expect to speak in English in general, but German also is possible.
It is very important for everyone in the flat to get on well with each other and our flatmates would like to get to know you better by making a quick visit or an online call before you move in.
Ah also! From time to time we try to chat over a dinner or a drink for a short time and maybe a movie if everybody has time.
Shared activities are not "mandatory" but all of us would ask you to join if you like so!
Student status is required by the landlord!
