Because our flatmate is moving out, one of three rooms in our beautiful old apartment will be vacant from 1 October 2020!
The room has approx. 20qm, is separately accessible and costs 300€. Included in the rent are operating costs, electricity, heating/gas and internet. The deposit of 900€, which you will get back after the rental period.
If necessary, there are some basic furniture one can use or removed..
The room has high bed that was build by architect and have a big window to the sunny and quite corridor
Our sunny flat is in a central location but very close to nature - Augarten, Gausplatz (with 24/7 shop!!!), and the canal is right in front of us. Wallensteinplatz and Hannovermarkt are just around the corner with many shopping possibilities around it, nice international restaurants\ bars are popping and many public transports are available with less the 5 min. lines which are nearby U4 and 5,33,31,2, 5A, 5B.
The shower is very small but has a bathtub:)
The apartment is located on the fourth floor in a main street in the 20th district bordering the 2nd district. It is spacious, bright and mostly old herringbone parquet and very high rooms.
Academy of fine art, Wirtschaft Uni are near by and the main University so as Applied art university are matter of few stops...
I am an artist and I mostly work from home. The other flatmate is writing her master in economy and spent as well hours in front of some kind of screen:) we both are quiet and friendly and are interested from time to time to hang out in the kitchen together. We are clean and pro positive communication and taking care that all feeling well with each other and happy to be at home
Unfortunately, the apartment is not barrier-free accessible and the house do not have an elevator.
In the inner courtyard there is space for bicycles that is shattered from rain.
