Schwerenherzens verlasse ich meine schöne WG mit sehr lieben Mitbewohnern, da ich von Wien wegziehe. Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer (ca. 10m2) mit eigenem Balkon (ca. 5m2) in einer schönen, zwei-stöckigen Neubau Wohnung direkt an der Donauinsel. Das Zimmer ist klein und gemütlich, hat aber alles wichtige Platz und ist mit dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Donauinsel ein kleiner Wohnfühlort :)
Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Stockwerke aufgeteilt: Im oberen Stock befindet sich die große Wohnküche (ca. 50m2), die gemeinsam benutzt wird. Außerdem haben wir zusätzlich zu deinem eigenen Balkon einen schönen, etwas größeren Gemeinschafts-Balkon mit Blick auf die Donauinsel / Donaucity. Die drei WG-Zimmer befinden sich im unteren Stock. Es gibt 2 WCs, ein Bad inkl. Badewanne und einen kleinen Vorraum. Außerdem gibt es im Haus einen Radkeller, der versperrt ist und einen großen Innenhof, in dem ebenfalls Räder abgestellt werden können. Zusätzlich dazu gibt es eine Abstellkammer und trockenes Kellerabteil.
Die Miete inkludiert alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Internet, etc.)

With a heavy heart I am leaving my beautiful shared apartment with lovely roommates, since I am moving away from Vienna. The room (10m2) has a private balcony (5m2) in a beautiful, two-story new apartment directly by the Donauinsel. The room is small and cozy, but fits everything that you need and the balcony overlooking Donausinsel is a real highlight :)
The apartment spreads over two floors: On the top floor is the large living area with kitchen (about 50m2), which is shared. Also, in addition to your own balcony, we have a nice, slightly larger shared balcony overlooking Donauinsel / Donaucity. The three shared rooms are located on the bottom floor. There are 2 toilets, a bathroom incl. bathtub and a small hallway. We also have a dry basement room as well as a small storage room in the falt for extra space. There is also a bike room taht is locked located in the large courtyard.
The rent includes all costs (electricity, water, internet, etc.)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 20. Bezirk, direkt an der Donau bzw. Donauinsel (Höhe Brigttenauer Brücke) und ist mit der U6-Station Handelkai bzw. S-Bahn Station Traisengasse (beide etwa 8-Min Fußweg entfernt) sehr gut angebunden. Das Stadtzentrum ist öffentlich oder mit dem Rad in nur 15-20 Min. erreichbar. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Hofer und mit der Millenium City, die ebenfalls in etwa 8 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar ist, ist man mit allen möglichen Geschäften, Restaurants etc. ebenfalls sehr gut versorgt. Auch einige Buslinien (10A,11A) befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus und bis zur Straßenbahn Linien 2 und 5 sind es auch nur etwa 10 Min. zu Fuß. Zusätzliches Plus für Autofahrer ist, dass die Autobahn in Kürze erreichbar ist. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Gegend sind vorhanden (Kurzparkzone).
Für Personen, die gerne am Wasser / in der Natur sind, aber trotzdem Stadtnähe nicht vernachlässigen wollen ist diese Wohnung wirklich perfekt :)

The flat is located in the 20. district, right by the river Donau / Donauinsel (right by Brigittenauer Brücke). You can easily reach the city centre by taking the S-Bahn (Traisengasse or Handelskai), U6 (Handelskai) or by bike within 15-20 minutes. As far as supermarkets are concerned there is a Hofer right in front of the house and a number of other shops, restaurants etc. in the nearby shopping centre Millenium City. There are a number of bus lines (10A,11A) right outside the house and also the tram lines 2 and 5 can be reached by foot within 10 minutes. Another plus is that the Autobahn can be reached within minutes from the flat, if you drive a car. Parking options are available in the area.
This location is perfect for people that enjoy spending time by the water / in nature but also don't wanna compromise proximity to the city centre.
Es handelt sich um eine 3er-WG, Katy (25) und Lukas (28) sind Geschwister aus Südtirol und studieren beide und sind teilweise berufstätig. Das WG-Leben ist bei uns harmonisch und ungezwungen. Jeder macht ein bisschen sein eigenes Ding, aber wir kommen auch gern immer wieder zusammen zum quatschen/kochen/etc..
Einmal die Woche putzen wir alles durch, wobei wir uns abwechseln und an sich halten wir die Wohnung allgemein sauber. So kann sich jeder wohl füheln.

We are a shared flat of 3 people, Katy (25) and Lukas (28) are siblingsfrom south tyrol and are students that also work alongside uni. Living together is harmonious and uncomplicated, everyone can do their own thing but we also like getting together every now and again for chats/cooking together/etc..
Tidiness is an important aspect for everyone to feel comfortable in the flat. We keep the flat tidy and once a week we take it in turns to clean the whole flat.
